The Space:
Only a 450m walk to Mollymook beach this well presented home makes a great holiday haven for one or even two families to enjoy. Mollymook Beach is best known for its beautiful clear waters and golden sands and is ideal for walkers, surfers, fishermen and swimmers alike with patrolled beaches both at its northern and southern ends.
The property offers comfortable air-conditioned living on the upper level featuring a large open-plan living area around a centralised kitchen. There are two bedrooms both with queen beds and third big dormitory style bedroom with one queen bed and 3 single beds and a tri-bunk. The dormitory style room has a TV with a selection of Nintendo and PS4 games to keep the kids amused and there is also a large selection of DVDs and books to choose from on those rainy days or quiet evenings. Wifi is also included, so you can make great use of the 3 Smart TV's in this house.
A huge deck wraps around the front of the house with plenty of room to relax after a hard day at the beach and a great spot to enjoy the sun and ocean glimpses whilst cooking up a feast on the gas BBQ. Downstairs offers an additional toilet and shower in the laundry area which can be accessed from the backyard. There is no access to the downstairs flat or garage.
The back yard has plenty of room for the children to run around and kick a ball and there is a lovely outdoor area to sit and read a book or have a morning coffee.
Bring the boat as there is ample room for off street parking and don't forget the fishing rods and surfboards.
If you don't feel like cooking wander along the beach to the Mollymook Golf Club or to Tallwood Ave Mollymook to dine at Bannisters Pavilion or contemporary dining at Tallwood eatery.
Golfers can enjoy a challenging game at Mollymook's Championship 18 hole Golf Course or the more relaxing 9 hole Golf Course by the Beach adjacent to Mollymook Golf Club.
Pristine Narrawallee Beach is just a couple of minutes drive and nestled between Bannister and Narrawallee Headlands, boasting crystal clear waters and fine white sand very popular for swimming, surfing, walking, jogging and just plain enjoying.
Tranquil Narrawallee Inlet is perfect for families with younger children, swimmers, fishermen, paddling canoes, kayaks and tinnies. Constantly changing, the inlet fills and empties with the tide and is a gorgeous protected part of our paradise.
Only a 5-minute drive north and you are in historic Milton which is renowned for its rich cultural life with theatre, library, vast array of shops, many fine galleries, craft shops, delightful cafes, restaurants, antique wares or head to the picturesque fishing town of Ulladulla. It offers a large selection of retail outlets including supermarkets, gourmet food & produce stores, homeware, gift shops, and clothing boutiques.

April 2025- The house was perfect for our large family—clean, tidy, and in a great location just a short walk to the beach. The layout was ideal, especially the spacious kitchen with plenty of appliances, cookware, and a large dining table, which was a great bonus and made mealtimes feel really special. Having two showers and separate toilets made a huge difference with a big group—no morning chaos! We had a fantastic stay, would definitely come back, and highly recommend it.
