We love the location, views and security of this building. We have stayed here three times, in different rooms. It’s an older building and the rooms could use some updating, but otherwise it’s fine and suits our needs.

Parking good Very safe Proximity ok 2 Queen bed ok No ac in bedroom no good hot Furniture old and stained, even sofa bed rusty Curtain rail all rusted hard to open curtains Should put at least 2 table cloth to clean table etc and one to dry hands. Only one provided.

Location is great because it’s in the heart of Waikiki. But also bad at the same time because there was no AC in the bedroom and we slept with the window open. We were woken up at 2-3 am by people screaming/partying multiple times AND by the construction workers working on the sidewalks…they also charged us for cleaning fee, but they will charge an extra 200 if the cleaning exceeds 2 hours…The condo is outdated and we were responsible for draining water from the a/c on a daily basis.If you plan to stay for more than a day, you’ll need to bring your own soap and shampoo.It also could use a deep cleaning of the carpet and floor. Pros: It’s a very spacious room with a full kitchen that is well equipped.Check in and out were easy and a free parking space was convenient.
