The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, spacious and all amenities were provided. The host was very communicative and provided check-in information well before arrival. It’s also located reasonably close to Zion and Bryce.

Great apartment, perfect location

I really enjoyed staying at this super clean, well stocked, comfortable and centrally located apartment. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance and beautiful hikes are a 5 minute drive. I hope to return!

The house was great, clean and just perfect for our stay . It was situated down town , walking distance to restaurants and shops . It is about 30 mins to Zion and 90 mins to Bryce .

This was a perfect base for exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon and local sites. Very clean , very comfortable. Hosts are very responsive to questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for something in Kanab

The apartment was wonderful.Great location.It was clean,homey,and extremely well stocked with everything you would need when a way from home.I loved having a washer and dryer as we were volunteering at Best Friends and got very dirty! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and close to Bryce and Zion. It was perfect for our stay.

Great home base to explore from!

Lovely cozy apartment with everything I needed for my week-long stay in Kanab. Conveniently located near a grocery, several restaurants, and a short drive from the Best Friends Sanctuary. Property owners were responsive and proactive, let me know about a temporary issue up front and asked me how I'd like them to handle it. I was comfortable in the apartment and had one of the best weeks of my life here!

Very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The 2 recliners and TV were great after a lone day exploring the surrounding area. Kanab has quite a few good places to eat out as well. Will stay here again if we are ever in this part of the country again. Thank you.

a week in kanab

This was a perfect property for our week's stay. It is close to the centre of town but despite being close to the road it is very quiet. It's a great base for visiting all the big attractions like Bryce , Zion , The Grand Canyon and all the local sites like Yellow Rock, Mansard Trail , Toadstools , Big Water and Lick Wash. House was very comfortable and cooking facilities were excellent-it couldn't have suited us better. We loved it .

Perfect stop in Kanab

This was most ideal for our needs. We wanted a base to stay at that would be reasonably priced and clean, while being close to all the outdoor adventures we had planned. “Gram’s place” definitely met all of our wishes. Gary was very good at reaching out to us with all pertaining info, the apartment was easy to find, extremely clean and stocked well with all the basics. Would HIGHLY recommend this cute apartment!

This place was amazing, clean, Neat, our car was parked right out front on driveway. It was quiet. Shower was awesome. Bed was comfy. Kitchen and living room were very comfy too. Tv had many, many channels. Washer and dryer were nice and big. Place was well stocked with supplies, of everything you needed and was promised. Host were great people.

This home was really wonderful. They thought of everything. It was very clean and neat. Very quiet. They provided everything you can think of that you would need. It was easy to find. It was all on one level. The king size bed was so comfortable. The living room seating was also very comfortable. We would definitely recommend you stay here!

Apt. was more than we had expected. Very clean, nice smell when entering. Spacious rooms and bath. Walkin shower was great. Everything we needed was supplied. Location was close to town and very quiet. Would stay again if we go back. Owners were on site but we never met them. They were available if we needed anything. If you are looking for a place to stay, check this one out. I feel the pricing is reasonable compared to other stays elsewhere.
