On the coast of Mona Lake sits this updated three to four bedroom, two bathroom Lakeside Retreat that people of all ages will find easy to love and hard to leave. From the views of Mona lake to the peaceful sounds of wildlife, this little slice of paradise will have you breathing in fresh air and releasing any tensions you arrive with.



The Space:

The updated decor accentuate the already spacious interior of this home away from home as there is a space for everyone to relax and unwind. Each bedroom allows for privacy and space so nobody will feel cramped and the bunk room with 3 twin beds, and a full size lower bunk also includes a pull out sofa should you need some extra space to spread out. The primary bedroom has its own dual sink, tiled shower and jacuzzi tub with a walk-in closet large enough that it could be it's own small bedroom! Combined with the private exits to the backyard, overlooking back patio and lake this wing of the home is very spacious. This room also has a gas fireplace and TV, you will have all the privacy you need.



The open floor plan includes an expansive sectional so entertaining with friends and family will be a breeze. Off the living room is a semi-private bedroom with a Queen size daybed and work space with desk and chair.



The backyard and patio is set up with a gas grill, firepit and patio furniture, a further walk down a set of tall set of steps leads to the waterfront where there is another fire pit and large deck area overlooking the water. Please note that there is a staircase of 57 wooden steps to the dock/deck. Kayaks (two single-seat) and a dock (seasonal) are there for guest use. Please note at this time the deck, stairs and dock are not equipped with lighting of any sort.



This property is pet-friendly, and you're invited to bring your furry companions. Note there is a pet fee of $75 per pet. (kindly inform us upon booking).

Other Things to Note:

We'd love to welcome you to this lovely lake side retreat, but please know it is a wooded lot on the water. It's a rather outdoorsy area, and does include many trees, acorns, woodland creatures and this can also include bug friends especially in the spring, summer and fall!



All reservations are covered by an insurance program. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
