Nirvana House Farm Stay in Woolamai with incredible 360 degree views

The perfect private getaway with magnificent views across the serenity of Woolamai Hills. With 3 acres of land and away from the hustle of the city, you will immediately relax into country living at its best.

There is plenty of privacy both in the home and on the property, yet you are only a 15 minute drive from Archies Creek and Kilcunda, and the historic town of Wonthaggi is 30 minutes away. The property is close to beautiful Bass Coast beaches and only 1 hour and 30 minutes from the iconic Lakes Entrance - a must see. There are many markets in the area and you can explore the laid back cafes and art galleries.

The house can be used at your pleasure. There are large windows with panoramic views, 4 very comfortable bedrooms, a work / study space, exercise machines, an indoor fireplace, Wifi and a smart TV. The wrap around deck is a beautiful place to sit and watch the sun set or you can enjoy dinner with the family on the outdoor dining table.

There is plenty of wildlife around, including birds, kangaroos and wombats. The neighbouring cows often come up to say hello too.

It was an absolutely amazing stay - everything you would hope for in a farm stay and the perfect break away from all the noise. The views were absolutely amazing, and the house itself was beautifully maintained. You can see that a lot of care and attention goes into the property. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back.

This is our second stay at Nirvana, and on each occasion the house and surrounds have been perfect.The house is welcoming with all the necessities, gorgeous wood fire and the view is spectacular. It is spacious and peaceful, and our family had a lovely time away.

Gorgeous Views for Miles

What a lovely space to stay with the family. We celebrated our Christmas in this lovely location. Lots of bedrooms for the extended family to appreciate the necessary privacy. With eye drawing views from most rooms. We caught a Wedge-tail soaring and landing briefly at a nearby Dam. Enjoyed many small birds and butterflies flitting in and out of the bushes near the house. Excellent hill top for the hubby to play "radios". And close to the water for the surfers in the family. We appreciated all the mod cons and basic items (oil, salt & pepper, toasted sandwich maker etc) supplied.

Stunning farmstay getaway

Beautiful property with 360 views of picturesque rolling hills. The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with all the amenities you need. Perfect for kids as it was very spacious, with board games and Netflix. Cara was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this holiday home.

Impeccably clean. Stunning views.

The house was impeccably clean and welcoming. It has the feel of a family home. The views are both soothing and stunning. The kitchen was fairly well appointed but the oven did not work during our stay. This was a very minor flaw in our overall stay and did not detract as the bbq was put to good use.

We booked this property based on the description that it boasted stunning views - and it did not disappoint! Glorious sunrises and sunsets, and 360 degree views that are truly special. We also had daily visits from the curious and friendly neighbouring cows, and it’s dog friendly! The property was well equipped with everything we needed, beautifully clean, and there was even a box of welcome chocolates waiting for us upon our arrival. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house in picturesque location

The accommodation was beautiful and the location was stunning. The cows came to visit in the morning..other side of boundary fence, of course. The accommodation has everything for a comfortable stay. Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen. There is some gym equipment and treadmill. Spacious main living room with access to Amazon Prime on TV. Nice big dining table to eat and talk with friends/family. Decking & verandah go right around entire house, so you can sit and take in the view or read a book from wherever you like. Native gardens surround the home and property. A short drive to the local town of Bass where you will find a pub and convenience store, and there is a service station/McDonald’s on the main highway also. A short 10 min drive once on the main highway to San Remo near the entrance to Phillip Island, where there are lots of eateries to choose from. Overall, a wonderful stay for 2 nights with friends..would definitely stay again if in the region. Thank you

Property with views

Loved our stay. An excellent location with paoramic views, well manintined with spacious living areas all tastefully decorated. Shopping and restaurants are 15 to 20 minutes away. The shower in master ensuite is very compact and should have been larger. The sliding door to the bathroom does not close easily. The second toilet was not flusing properly.

3 nights at Nirvana

We had a fantastic 3 night stay during June. The house was really clean and modern and had the most unbelievable views from every corner of the verandah. It was peaceful and secluded, yet only 20mins to San Remo or 30mins to Inverloch. The check-in process was seamless (thanks to Cara) & we would love to stay there again.
