The Sandpiper Cottage is simply beautiful! This fully updated canal front property is the perfect vacation stop for you and your family. With 3 spacious bedrooms (one is a master suite!) and 2 full bathrooms you'll be the family favorite for years to come!
Your family will love the open living and kitchen area complete with new granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 3, all new interior paint and a spacious sun deck. This mid-level also features the master suite with a queen size bed.
On the top level you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a full over full bunk and a full bathroom.
After a day at the beach, the outside shower is waiting for a quick rinse and then some relaxation on the porch while you enjoy the water views. As the evening begins to roll in enjoy a family gathering around the fire pit with some marshmallows.
This Colington Harbour home also features access to a beautiful soundfront park with sandy beaches and playground, sheltered picnic areas, community swimming pools, basketball court, tennis courts, boat launch with marina, fenced dog park, and much more!
