Discover a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, tiled backsplash, and stylish cabinets, seamlessly connected to the living room for a spacious feel. The condo boasts updated bathrooms, elegant wood flooring, cozy mattresses (including an upgraded sofa sleeper mattress), and more. Positioned directly on the Comal River, opposite Schlitterbahn, and within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, endless activities await! Make "Our Happy Place" your new sanctuary.

Nestled in the heart of New Braunfels, The Inverness at New Braunfels Condos offers unbeatable convenience. Situated across from Schlitterbahn Water Park, a stroll away from Downtown, and a short drive to the historic attractions of Gruene—including its shops, restaurants, and iconic Gruene Hall—this location is ideal for summer escapes and winter Texans alike.
Enjoy the expansive deck overlooking our serene Private River Park on the Comal River, exclusively available to Inverness guests. Our River Park features a private pool, four grilling stations with picnic tables, and direct private access to the Comal River, ensuring endless enjoyment during your stay.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).  
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom 

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Birthday trip
Best stay!! It was warm in the unit, however it was 110 degrees outside. Parking was tight, we have big trucks so could not park in garage. Would be nice to have more than 6 towels in the unit, we were washing towels 2xs a day. And some cleaning spray to clean off tables and such. But overall the management company was FREAKING AMAZING constant contact and very attentive

Beautiful property
Home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Quick access to the Comal River for floating to the public exit with short walk back. Conveniently located near grocery and shops. Short drive to Gruene. Check-in process was very easy. Parking was easy.
