Ocean Villa Cottage es una villa frente al mar situada en un gran lote privado (1. 4 acres) con más de 280 pies de frente al mar, incluida su propia playa compartida con la villa de al lado. (Sujeto a la marea) Desde su playa hay solo una corta caminata (100 pies) en agua hasta las rodillas hasta una de las mejores playas de todas las Islas Turcas y Caicos, Sapodilla Bay Beach. Ocean Villa Cottage se puede alquilar por separado o junto con la casa principal de 4.500 pies cuadrados de Ocean Villa. Con 2 edificios separados y más de 6,000 pies cuadrados de elegante espacio habitable, piscina; su propia playa y un gran entorno privado, esta es una verdadera propiedad de trofeos que ofrece mucho para la familia de vacaciones.

¡La arena frente a la villa es blanca como el azúcar! El agua simplemente da vueltas en la costa, porque hay muy poca acción de las olas. Puedes hacer snorkel justo en frente de la propiedad y ver corales, peces y tortugas marinas.

Lovely Location Perfect for Smaller Group

Traveling with only 3 adults, it is difficult sometimes to find a house that isn't too big. This house was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, even though one bedroom could have slept 4 easily. Our hosts met us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the property and suggestions for meals and activities. I am not a fan of sandy beaches so this house was perfect because at this time of year (OCT) we could go down the stairs directly into the water without ever having sand stick to our feet - wonderful! We had a great time eating breakfast and lunch in the fully equipped kitchen and then having dinner out each night. We would highly recommend this house and location for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, but close enough to go there whenever we wanted for nice meals, shopping, etc.

Best Vacation Ever!

We just checked out of the Ocean Villa, and we wished we could have stayed another week! Perfect for Our family of four, the villa was clean and quaint. We loved that it is located in Sapodilla Bay, the calmest side of the island. We don’t like a lot of crowds, so the choice of this villa was perfect! Private pool with the perfect temperature, beautiful breeze coming right off the ocean, not to mention the beach was just steps away where we could walk and get a drink when the booths were up—we absolutely loved it. It was our first time to TCI, and we’re already looking forward to rebooking. Kathy and William were very accommodating, making the check in and out process very easy. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

Picture Perfect Views

Excellent property on the quieter side of town. Beautiful view and easy location to walk to the Las Brisas restaurant or to Saparillo Bay Beach. Can be on the noisier side when jet skis are being rented at the beach. But overall it was extremely relaxing.

Spectacular Private Spot

It is hard to top the view from this lovely little property with its own private cove and beach. The floating unicorn raft was a nice way to be welcomed. You could spend your whole visit rotating between the patio right on the water (where you can literally hear the waves splashing) to sitting by the spotless pool, and back again. The property is very clean. The layout is a bit unusual in that the rooms fan off of a central screened-in porch, which means you need to lock each area separately (each of the bedrooms and the kitchen/living room area). It ended up being fine for adults though could take a little getting used to with young children, but that wouldn't deter me from returning. A short 10 minute drive to the airport and market and 15-20 minutes to Grace Bay which is very easy to do for dinner and then be able to return to a lovely quiet spot with beautiful stars at night. Be sure to bring cash to pay for the electric/utilities on checkout.

Fabulous week

We were extremely pleased with our visit. We have wanted to stay on Sapodilla Bay for years and finally got the opportunity. The location was perfect- a short walk in the water to the main beach. Kathryn was a fabulous communicator and so incredibly helpful! Would definitely return!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We truly loved our stay at Kathy Mcleod's villa in Providenciales and hope to come back some day. The location was great to be away from the big crowds down on Grace Bay but close enough we could easily drive down for shopping, beach going or restaurants. Amazing Views and Wonderful Outside Space!

I would definitely recommend this house if you like a casual vibe, ocean and sunset views, and varied beach/pool/sun/shade options! Everything about the outdoor space was perfect! Multiple seating options available for sun or shade, all with amazing ocean views of the beautiful bay and sunsets! A charming little beach and an easy walk through shallow water to the larger beach! Beautiful large pool complete with pool floats! Great outdoor grill and large shaded dining table. The interior was simple but very adequate for a couple or small family with a great TV and comfortable seating. The nice views of the pool and ocean beyond, even when indoors is also nice. The large screened breezeway area gives an indoor/outdoor feel to the whole place. Kathy and Bryan were great hosts and very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. We hope to return and bring the grandkids!

Best location on the island - amazing

This is the best place to stay in Turks!! The private beach - the views- I can’t say enough wonderful things! We stayed for a week, and we didn’t want to leave! The owners are wonderful to work with and so helpful! If you are looking for the perfect spot- this is it!!!

Heaven on earth

This villa and it's beach are a little slice of heaven. The villa is in the best location for the natural beauty that Turks and Caicos has to offer. It lies on Sapodilla Bay but is somewhat separated from neighbors and the more crowded stretch of the beach by beautiful jagged rocks that create a private little cove. The water is crystal clear with hues of greens and blues as it deepens out to sea. The temperature is perfect and the waves are gentle enough for small children and fantastic for kayaking and floating. Our family tied off our floats & tubes to an anchored line several feet out from shore. We floated away while we sipped on our tropical frozen drinks made in our kitchen blender. The villa is located directly across the street from the breathtaking Chalksound as well as Las Brisas restaurant. There's also a restaurant not more than 5 minutes drive from the house called Chalkies The villa itself is lovely. The villa is basically 3 rooms separated by a screened in porch or breezeway with a bar height long counter and stools. This is great for coming in and plopping down coolers and beach things when returning from excursions around the island. The washer and dryer are conveniently located there too. Each bedoom has comfortable beds and an air conditioner. We never turned the AC on at all. We used the ceiling fans and standing fans that owners Kathy and Bryan supplied with the rental. They are wonderful, easy going, and accommodating owners. The pool is pristine and the water temperature perfect. There's a large teak dining table with cushioned chairs outside next to the pool situated under a pavilion. It looked out over the bay and there were usually 1 to 3 sailboats and/or catamarans to look out at. There's also a new wooden pergola down on the limestone deck near your entrance into the bay. There is dramatic lighting by the pool, pavilion and the pergola at night. Kathy and Bryan have been updating this property since buying it a few years back and they really know how to impress. Did I mention that the sunsets were amazing here? My husband and I have been to several islands including St John, St. Lucia and Hawaii. We loved Turks and Caicos and this wonderful villa and are hoping to be back next year. Hope you enjoy this place too!

Wonderful!! Book this property at once!!

I can't say enough good things about this villa. The private beach was so incredibly beautiful - we brought 2 inner tubes with us and anchored ourselves in our private cove everyday. My husband paddleboarded daily as the water and wind were relatively calm. Once the sun set (the villa is perfectly situated to enjoy this beautiful event), we moved to the pool. The house was well appointed with appliances - we bought groceries our first day at Sunny's as it was the closest to the house, but traveled to the IGA for our remaining grocery trips, which has the largest variety. We utilized everything in the house - cooked dinner daily, laundry, dishwasher - and we extremely pleased with the amenities. Kathy was a great communicator. She answered all my questions and was easily available. I highly recommend traveling to other areas of the island - we snorkeled at Smith Reef, parasailed at Grace Bay, enjoyed lunch at the da Conch Shack, drove to the other end of the island to see where the ferries take off, and rented jet skis right at Sapodilla Bay beach. I cannot wait to come back to this paradise!

A getting away worth every penny!

I've been to Providenciales 4 times and each time I am amazed. The water, temperature, and people are great and this property is wonderful. The beach near by is getting more crowded and this house provides you with a separation and privacy that I enjoy while getting away with family and friends. Kathy stopped over one afternoon just to see if we needed anything and gave wonderful suggestions on restaurants. I look forward to renting from her again in the future. My family (from Canada) has been vacationing in Turks and Caicos for over 12 years. As tourists we have had many meals with the local restaurants, chartered day trips to the other islands (Cays) Pine, Parrot, Dellis Middle and North Caicos. Fishing charters, island exploring, snorkeling the reefs right off the beach, para-sailing and kiteboarding are some of our favorite activities on the island. Our whole family became PADI Certified Scuba Diver's during a stay a few years ago. The places to see and things to do while on vacation in Turks are endless.
