Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. Amazing views and pool. Whomever decorated has a great sense of interior design.There were a few things that left a bad taste in my mouth from a customer service standpoint. I had to ask for directions and check in instructions after communicating my arrival time the day prior. The house keeper arrived at 8 AM on a Saturday morning and let herself in when she did not receive a response - as everyone was asleep. We were startled to see her in the house when we woke up as nowhere that we have traveled has had housekeeping that early in the morning. The hot water in the bedrooms is inconsistent. Those things aside I would still recommend this property and would return. I would recommend to the owner connecting the guests and the 3rd party company used while the stay is happening prior to arrival, to mitigate the communication issues.

St. Lucia stay

Andre was the perfect host and gave us great suggestions on where to go, what to do and where to eat!! Also was of great assistance in booking these venues as well as arranging transportation. Anything we asked for he bent over backwards to make happen. The holiday would have most definitely not been as enjoyable without his involvement. A well deserved 5 star rating!!

Non stop problems

— leaking roofs — low water pressure or no water at all — plumbing problems (plumber had to visit four times) — fridge water didnt work (he came three times) — dishwasher smelled funny even after use — chipped tile in pool — peeling paint — garage full of junk — grocery order screwed up — google maps location is wrong — roads to villa are full of potholes and prone to flooding — moss or mould growing in certain rooms due to moisture or leakage — manager/owner has an attitude despite all of the above

Beautiful private villa

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tranquil, private home with all the bells and whistles. The home was decorated beautifully and the open air concept made us feel like we were in our own paradise. Everyone was able to enjoy their own space as well as coming together in the spacious kitchen, living area, and multiple outdoor areas for lounging. Highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling in St. Lucia!

40th birthday celebrations

From London to St Lucia What an incredible villa and destination to celebrate my 40th with friends and family. From start to end Andre was a great host, ensuring our trip was planned out. He helped with our itinerary, made great recommendations and even liaised with friends to organise the most memorable birthday. We didn’t want to leave the villa as it was an amazing space for us to relax, unwind and indulge ourselves. The private chef was a highlight for us as well as hours spent by the pool and fire pit. Highly recommend, as this is unlike any villa I have stayed at. The people, the place and the positive vibes we got from St Lucia has made it my favourite Caribbean destination.

Amazing Retreat!!

Andre and Lisa are amazing hosts. They’re quick to respond and they help organize your trip in St. Lucia. My family and I had an unforgettable time! We booked a couple excursions with the tour companies they recommended, had Chef Eike cook us outstanding meals all week, and we enjoyed every day staying at the villa. It’s in a perfect secluded location on the island and has impeccable views! We’ll be back

Exceptional location and property.

This property certainly has the wow factor from the view right through to the decor and fittings. We had a wonderful time here and Andre and Lisa could not have been more helpful recommending restaurants, charter boat hire, car hire, chef etc all of which we used. They even arranged for all our groceries to be delivered on the day (but before) we arrived. If we get back to St Lucia again we will not have to look for anywhere else to stay. Xhale ticked all the boxes for us. Adam and Lucy.

The villa and the views were amazing. Lisa communicated from start to finished.

Xhale Villa was great for my birthday celebration. The views are amazing from every angle. We utilized the chef in the listing. We were able to create an menu together. Lisa helped plan transportation and sea excursions. We had a great time overall.

Amazing experience!!!

Our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful in person, maybe even better than the pictures! The staff was helpful and very easy to communicate with. The only thing I would have liked was access to cleaning supplies for the house like garbage bags and paper towels to make it easier to clean up after ourselves on the days we didn't request the cleaning staff. Other than that I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Xhale!

Amazing

I’ve stayed in a lot of different hotels and properties throughout the Caribbean. This... was the nicest place I’ve been. From check in to check out, it was a great stay. Because of the pandemic, we weren’t able to float around locally as were accustomed to doing but we had a great time either way. Lisa and Mary were easy to contact throughout and even when we had extra requests, they were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

A beautiful, tranquil, prestine location...heaven on earth.

I implemented a detox retreat at Xhale and I could not have chosen a better location. All of my guests were blown away and it far exceeded their expectations. I will continue to bring groups to Xhale because it is representative of my brand...clean, minimalist, luxury and in alignment with the natural environment. It is not just a villa...it is paradise.

Sensational!

Our family group of seven spent a week at Xhale this January. Xhale exceeded our expectations in every respect. Lisa and Andre were the ultimate hosts - warm, professional and generous. Their top tier, professional hospitality background was evident, from the design of the house to its furnishings and amenities. They arranged tee times at the nearby course and loaned us clubs. Their suggestions as to beaches, shopping and restaurants were right on. They were available 24-7 for every question we had. The chef they brought in for one dinner was terrific and prepared the best meal of our week. All in all, we could not have asked for more.

A perfect vacation rental in St. Lucia!

The Xhale Luxury Villa was an incredible home to stay at for a week in St. Lucia. With the breathtaking views, infinity pool, beautifully designed home and equipment, we had everything we needed to just relax for a week. But the house wasn't even the best part. The best part of our entire vacation was the property manager Clare. Clare planned out our entire vacation adventures, allowed us to arrive with a stocked fridge and was on top of making sure everything we needed was right within our reach. We spent the week taking tours into the jungle, hiking up and down the coast, renting a charter boat where we got to see pilot whales and dolphins. Overall, we had an amazing trip, and both Xhale Luxury Villa and Clare made it unforgettable!
