BEACH CLOSURE NOTICE:
Unfortunately per the army core of Engineers, there will be a beach closure starting sometime around mid-July from Roosevelt Blvd to 14th Street North until sometime in the fall. If the beach is indeed closed, we recommend using the beach at 16th and Ocean. It’s wonderful with parking, not affected and Laguna Bar and Grill is there. :)
Beautifully renovated 2 BR condo. Everything is brand new!
• Open floor plan including fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, full & half bath.
• Living room has a Smart TV.
• Sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed.
• Just steps to the beach and minutes from Atlantic City casinos, nightlife, and shopping!
• Children of all ages are welcomed! Guest will need to provide own baby gear and home is not child proof.
Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Brigantine is a quiet island just north of Atlantic City. A family friendly destination that also offers the fun of Atlantic City just a short drive away!
This condo is on the quiet north side of the island. Wake up and enjoy walking to breakfast at The Pirates Den or just take a stroll on the seawall and watch the sunrise. Perfect for family trips!
We have parking onsite- one spot per unit. There is plenty of free street parking in the area for any additional vehicles you may bring. Buses, Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are all available to Atlantic City. We do recommend Uber/Lyft or checking prices beforehand, as local cab services charge an arm and a leg to come over the bridge.
BEACH TAGS
Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers.
TV
We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials.
We do not have cable.
PARKING
Parking onsite.
Each unit gets one designated parking spot, which is clearly marked.
There are two additional parking spots available for visitors although those spots are shared between the other 3 units. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs.
Very easy and convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations.
TRASH
Trash day is Wednesday.
Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen.
FYI:
Items in the unit or on the porch are not to be removed from the property. Charges will be applied for any missing items.
Please let us know if any dishes break so we’re aware, though we understand accidents can happen. :)
Please note that bath towels are not to be taken to the beach. If there is evidence that towels have been used on the beach, a replacement fee will be charged. Guests should plan to bring their own beach towels, as well as any other beach accessories (such as chairs, umbrellas, etc.).
Additionally, none of the patio chairs or furniture should be taken to the beach.
During the beach season 4 seasonal beach tags will be provided for guest use and should be returned to the designated tag area in the condo upon checkout.
Missing beach tags will incur a replacement fee of $25, plus a $10 penalty for the time required to replace them. Guests are responsible for obtaining any additional tags for other guests as needed.
Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
* No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
* No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
* We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, * we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local residents
*Please remove shoes
*Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
*Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
*If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
*We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
*Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time.
* Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay. hours past checkout time.
