The 2nd and 3rd spacious guest rooms both offer queen size beds. The 4th guest room has 2 twin beds and TV (must use your own Amazon account for this TV), perfect for families with children. The 2nd guest bath also has tub/shower combo.
In the 5th guest room, you will find another king bed with slider door access to the lanai. This room is steps away from a 3rd guest bath with pool access and tub/shower combo.
Kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 3. Plenty of seating for the entire family, main dining room off kitchen will seat 8 while the formal dining room is for 6.
The living room is furnished with high end, comfortable sofa seating and has a massive flat screen Amazon fire stick equipped Smart television.
Venture outside to your private lanai and take in the breathtaking views of the gulf access canal while enjoying the electric heated swimming pool with swim up bar and bar stools. The large lanai is functionally designed with outdoor dining for 6, round outdoor sunbed, a propane BBQ grill and several pool loungers. Boat dock is available for tie ups but lift is not available for guest use.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 10:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available but require prior approval by Agent.
