Lux Italian house close to the beach

An “Italian” get away in Jacksonville that you will enjoy from start to finish. The decor and details on this vacation house will take you to a trip to Italy and its beautiful cities.
Private pool with bbq area and fully equipped kitchen.
About 5 miles from Jacksonville beach, Neptune beach, Atlantic beach, Adventure Landing and Mayo Clinic.
Tons of things to do. 45 mins from old Saint Agustine and San Marcos Castle. Great location!!

The space
The whole house is provided for your convenience. Private pool, summer kitchen and bbq area, fire pit area and sunroom with board games and sitting space. Indoors you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a family get together. The family room is connected to the kitchen and provides plenty of space for interaction between guests and a TV for movie night. The formal dinning room and the living room have beautiful decoration that will provide a pleasant ambiance for everyone.
All rooms are fully stocked with clean sheets and bathrooms with white towels. We provide with some extra towels for the pool.
We don’t allow parties in or outside the property. If evidence of such is found a fee of $500 will be charged.
This is a family friendly house, decorated with love for other families to share and enjoy.
Guest access
The whole house is available for our guests.
Only the garage is locked and restricted.
Other things to note
Please, NO smoking or vaping in the property. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind, a fine of $200 will be applied at checkout. No parties indoors or outdoors. No extra people without proper authorization of the owners. If the rules of “quiet times” and “NO parties” aren’t followed, police will be called and your reservation will be cancelled.

Quiet hours are after 10pm. Please refrain from being in the pool or having music playing after 10 pm to keep the noise to a comfortable level.
NO parties are allowed in our property. In the event of any, your reservation will be cancelled. Our neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly.
Please have your cars parked on our driveway. If more parking is needed, have them parked on the street next to our mailbox.

Family Summer Vacay

Beautiful & spacious home. Veronica has provided all the amenities for a short or long term stay. The pool was perfect all the way down to the board games and UNO cards!! The home is close to the beach, great shopping and great restaurants. She was very responsive to my questions before arriving and I didn't have to contact her during our stay. I will definitely book again!!!

Nice place

Needed more paper products. Housekeeping didn't leave dish towels. Had to purchase some. Some of the trash cans were full when we arrived. Overall a really nice house.

Labor Day weekend getaway

Everything lived up to my expectations except the outside with the fire pit and the grill that needed a gas burner and everything was empty. I called the host and she said that it was our responsibility to fill as needed because the other guests uses it and the maid didn’t inform her that it was empty.

Italian Villa

House was great for our visit with 3 adult children and their spouses. Liked the layout and multiple rooms for division of space and activities. Cleanliness could be improved. Stains on blankets, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, etc. Suggest making sure there are a few standard items and that they are stocked - dish soap, laundry tabs, toilet paper, and paper towels to name a few. The outdoor kitchen and pool space was nice to have and accommodated our group nicely. Neighborhood was nice and there weren’t any issues. The number of security cameras at the property leaves one to question how safe it is. Probably the biggest frustration was the REQUIREMENT to buy insurance for $89 OR provide a possibly non-refundable $3000 deposit. This was not disclosed prior to booking and felt very forced considering we are adults that are plenty insured. Owner said VRBO required, VRBO said it was the owner. Either way, would have been good to know prior to booking so we could make our decisions accordingly.

Very Enjoyable Location for our Family Trip

My parents, wife, sister in law, and our combined kids stay here while visiting family that lives in the Neptune Beach area. The house is a short 8-10 minute drive from the secluded access points to Neptune Beach, and just seconds off the main strip with all the shops imaginable. The house itself was perfect for what we needed. There were a few things that we encountered, but the host was very responsive in getting everything resolved quickly. There was something happening with the salt pump in the pool. Technician had said they normally have a 3 year shelf life, and apparently the one in the pool was 4 years old. It went out during our stay, so the pool started to turn green and was unusable for a day or day and half of our trip. Once he replaced the broken filter, and shocked the pool, within 6 hours it was usable again... A little disappointed that we weren't able to use the pool the entire trip, which was a major factor in us renting this house, verse any other that were available in the area. The listing mentions that there is a hot tub also. There is not. At least not a hot tub that we could find on the property. And in the pictures, the fountain is shown working, but it's broken with a leak in the line. Neither of these greatly effected our trip, but with being forced to pay the security deposit, we kind of had expectations that everything would be working as it was mentioned in the listing and shown in the pictures. At any rate, loved our stay!
