The living area is located on the main floor, this bright open floor concept space is welcoming and has tastefully been decorated, offering modern comfy couches. Unit #1 offers a fun open bar beautifully crafted with stone and plenty of seating. Townhome #2 offers a formal dining area with seating for 6 and additional seating in the eat-in kitchen.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

The Neighborhood:
LaSalle Park is an integral part of the three-neighborhood "Old Frenchtown" area: LaSalle Park, Lafayette Square, and Soulard - bordering the southerner edge of downtown St. Louis. Offering easy access to major interstates and other major thoroughfares. A majority of its architecture includes French-style red brick rowhouses, and Federalist and Victorian houses.

Nearby attractions also include the famous Soulard farmers market, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, which conducts free daily tours, Bush Stadium, and the Gateway Arch all just minutes away. Plus, numerous local restaurants and bars, all within a short reach!

Very nice area
We were close to everything we needed and in a very nice area. Downtown Soulard is just a couple blocks away. Downtown St. Louis is 5 minutes by car. Ballpark Village is also only 4-5 minutes away. The place is very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable.

Super perfect for extra large groups
My family was in town for a wedding and quite a few of us stayed in between both units. Both units are updated, extremely spacious and super comfortable. We could not believe how much room we had. I would say the area in general is safe but its St. Louis, so always good to keep your eyes open. Super close proximity to all you could want to do. The two units have two different numerical addresses, and that took us a minute to figure out once we arrived.

Looks are deceiving!! But workable!!!
The stay was good but not without some issues. The online picture of the property does not prepare you for what you see when you drive up to the property. Check in was not as requested at the onset of the contract. Very angry and disappointed about the way that went. Management company was contacted and was VERY rude, threatening to cancel our contract because he didn’t want to hear what was being said. Very disrespectful. There were NO secrets about our family, entering into this contract and what we were looking for. Nevertheless, we move on. Parts of the property have been very nicely renovated while other parts are in shambles. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The kitchens were nice as well. The basement still needs additional work. The cleaning needs to be better. The space was accommodating and it’s obvious it’s a starter up property. However, I would gladly recommend the property with the suggested improvements. The grocery store across the street and Walgreens was an added bonus. It was a central location for our activities. Again, our stay was good and I would recommend the property with the suggested improvements.
