Lovely stay

Our family had such a lovely stay and the property had everything that we needed and more. Instructions to get into the house was clear and easy. The property looks just like the photos. The amenities were great (our family thoroughly enjoyed the snacks!) and it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Our host was awesome, one of the best we have encountered. She had a welcome basket for us and was prompt to respond. Everything was clean and check out was great. Highly recommended this property!

Perfect Stay for Family of Four

Our family stayed there for a 5-day soccer tournament in Redmond. It was great. Convenient and clean. Has all the amenities. Would stay there again!

Home away from home!!

We stayed here for four months while our own home was being remodeled nearby. We cannot say enough good things about the hospitality and care shown to us by our hosts!! I'll be recommending this sweet home to anyone who asks me about a place to stay in Kirkland!!

Wonderful experience

This property was perfect for our stay.! There was everything that we needed, plus many extras. It was so well organized and tidy, we loved it. The location is very close to the highway and also convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful waterfront area.!!

Terrific Place to Stay

It was great! The home was clean with a good amount of space for the 6 of us. Pea and Bee are great hosts and they have many special touches for their guests to make you feel welcome. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Perfect for our needs~

Our family stayed a week in the Seattle area. The location was great - close to anything we could possibly need and easy to access the freeway. The house was perfect for our family's needs and our hosts were so welcoming and had many personal touches left for us. Easy to communicate with too. Would gladly stay again! Thanks Bee.

We stayed at Bee’s house while we had some construction work going on at our primary residence. The house was great, clean, and Bee was super friendly and accommodating with early check-in/late check-out. Would recommend!

A wonderful experience!

Bea and Pea's Kirkland home is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner at the house and had everything we needed. Pea and Bea had thought of everything right down to snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They are first-rate hosts!

Wonderful stay

Owners have added all the touches for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near everywhere we needed to be. Comfortable beds, very nicely furnished and stocked home. We lacked for nothing. 5 adults and we enjoyed breweries and wineries in Woodinville 20 minutes away, 10 minutes from downtown/lakefront Kirkland and the wedding venue for our family wedding at the Woodmark Hotel and just 30 minutes to Pikes Place/Waterfront. SEATAC also about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Super convenient and comfortable. This was a perfect home base for our long weekend!

Amazing home in Seattle

Perfect for a long weekend spent with the Grandparents. This house is very convenient to I-405 to head down into Seattle. Our daughter plays volleyball at SPU so this worked perfect for us. The house has everything you might need to cook and relax. So much better than staying in a hotel. Thank you for taking care of your guests by providing a fun snack basket with goodies and making this house so inviting and welcoming. We plan to be back.

Surprise Birthday surprise

Our stay was wonderful! The home and neighborhood were perfect! My husband and I flew in from Orange County and my brother and his wife flew in from Pennsylvania to surprise my daughter who lives in Redmond for her birthday. We were all able to stay together and were very comfortable. The house was a wonderful place and location for all of our daily trips! Thank you Pea and Bee for being amazing hosts! Kathy

Wonderful Place to Stay for Families

My wife, three sons, daughter-in-law, and myself were in town for a wedding. This was the perfect place for us to stay. The three bedrooms with a queen bed in each gave us plenty of room to spread out and sleep. The kitchen was large enough with everything we needed. There was also plenty of room for people to gather in the living area. A bonus were the sacks on the kitchen counter since our flight came in late. The location is awesome. It was a 20 to 30 minute drive to most every place we needed to go. We would definitely consider staying here again during our next trip to Seattle.

Weekend stay

Our group was 4 adults and two 11 year olds. The upstairs area worked out great for the boys escape. Bee graciously had snacks on the counter which were enjoyed by all. There was a spice rack as well as olive oil, a stick of butter, bottles of water, and a few assorted condiments in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and showers were great! Thankfully Bee had great sense of humor when boys brought crab claws back from the beach. Thank you for hosting us!
