Encanto Palace - Private Pool and Spa, 24/7 During your stay

Encanto Palace will provide the perfect vacation experience for you with all it has to offer! On the main level you walk in to your open kitchen that has a large island that seats 4. There is also the dining room that is gorgeously decorated with a dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably. The beautiful living room has comfy couches, with a flat screen TV and pool view.

Bedroom One Downstairs: King bedroom with master bathroom ensuite Downstairs. Stand-alone bathroom that has pool access door. On the pool deck, you can lounge in the Florida sun with loungers and a table with additional seating.

Located upstairs, you will find the loft provides style and comfort with natural lighting surrounding the room. Around the loft are an additional four bedrooms fit for each unique member of your group. Bedroom Two: One Queen bed, Bedroom Three: Encanto theme room with two single beds, Bedroom Four: Mickey theme room with two single beds, Bedroom Five: One queen bedroom with green colored wall, Bedroom Six: One king bedroom with ensuite.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Solara Resort is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Solara Resort features resort amenities such as a huge pool, children's splash pad and interactive water slide. You will also find a fitness center, coffee & gelato café, sundry shop, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Nice Property

The house is very nice. It was clean and spacious. The mattresses are on the firm side. Parking is very limited. You could get 2 cars in the driveway, possibly a small one in the garage. The pools and hot tub were popular with everyone. They heated nicely. The hot tub got very hot in the second hour. The property was across the main boulevard from the clubhouse and pool, so no one went there. Stores and restaurants were within a reasonable distance.

Basic home with little to offer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We selected this home for our spring break trip based on it being a newer home with what looked to be good amenities. When we arrived the home was very hot and humid inside. The thermostat was set at 74 and signs were posted on both floors stating it was not allowed to be any lower. This is absolutely ridiculous. We have stayed at homes in Florida in all times of the year and never had this be a policy. It was almost impossible to sleep due to the heat and humidity (60% most of the time). We had to go purchase fans out of pocket to cool down. The home does has a small pool and spa. The spa could not be used after 8 PM due to the pump no longer being on and the water level being pulled down in the spa causing the jets to shoot water everywhere. Overall I would not recommend this property to anyone based on the A/C restrictions and spa. I couldn't imagine staying here in the middle of the Florida summer.

Fantastic vacation

We stayed here while my husband attended a CME at Disney. It was a perfect location and great space for our family of 9. Highly recommend this great house!

Nice home

First I would like to say The house was nice. Looks just like photo. The staff was nice and very responsive. My only complaint is the AC, there are signs posted saying don’t set ac under 74 degree but when it’s 80+ outside that ain’t reasonable. Some rooms had to sleep with open windows at night and during the day the rooms were stuffy and full of heat.

Definitely not a palace

We were a family stayed the beginning of February for 5 days and 4 nights. When we arrived and got into the house we loved how spacious it was and big enough for our entire group to be able to have our own space, and that is where the raving will end. The mattress were very cheap and super firm, comparable to sleeping on a hard floor on top of a blanket. There was not enough extra pillows and blankets for each bed room, the blankets were the biggest miss. The property management company keep the HVAC system set to the mid 70’s for the A/C and mid 60’s for the heat. It was the beginning of February and it gets chilly at night, and with the high ceilings in the house it never would get above 64 at night. The kitchen did not have enough cooking equipment for a larger group to make meals, we ended up going to the local Marshals to buy a couple pots in order to make meals. The kitchen also did not have bough cooking utensils. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub/spa. We had paid extra for the heat for both and the water would get Luke warm at best. The spa/hot tub when we would turn it on would completely drain and we wouldn’t be able to use it for the first 3 nights. We contacted the mngr and they said people would be out the next day and would assure it was fixed but it continued for 3 days until finally on our last day we were able to use the Luke warm spa/hot tub. The person Cam we spoke to via text from the mngr co was pleasant at first but it didn’t last.

Beautiful property in a good location

The house is just as you see in the photos. The house looked brand new. The house comes with everything you’d want for a comfortable andenjoyable stay.

Great new house with a few exceptions

Amazing house and unbelievably clean! Only thing that was not the greatest was that the thermostat is locked to not cool lower than 76 which is over 24 degrees Celsius for us Canadians so needless to say we were all incredibly hot in the house. The beds in all the rooms were as hard as a rock I think the floors would have been softer. From my understanding it’s a new property so I would assume the beds will become softer over time but man they were hard! We were welcomed with a great welcome pack that covered a load of dishes and laundry and was stocked with regular items including bathroom soap shampoo lotion etc. only suggestion that I would give to the host would be to include little step stools in the kids bathroom connecting the two kids themed rooms even my 6 year old couldn’t reach the sink. Overall still an amazing place and well though out even down to providing storage containers for left overs when cooking. The cleanliness of the house was 5 star and pool and hot tub was perfect!
