great spot.

we were quite comfortable and it was nice to be in a house that was a little different from the new builds.

Remarkable

Suitable for a big family group. Some movement noise from neighbouring unit. Parking quite difficult on steep site. Had fun in Queenstown.

The view was spectacular. For the next customer advise the the parking is challenging. For those not used to hilltop parking, that was our situation, it was frightening.

Sensational spot!

Very spacious (although getting a bit tired) property in excellent location close to the lake with amazing views. It suited our two families perfectly. Kitchen well organised with plenty of plates/cups/pots etc which made cooking very easy. Lovely linen and towels provided. Only downside was the property wasn’t ready until 5pm on arrival. Also, the rubbish had piled up from previous guests so there was very little room for ours when we checked out. Would stay again though, thank you!

Great house, poor management, great location

The house itself was great for our stay, and the location was great. However, we were disappointed with the management. We were told that we had to check in late as the house was not ready due to previous guests checking out late. There was no compensation of any kind offered for the inconvenience. When we arrived the house smelled of cooked meat, and did so for 4 or so days. Many dishes that had also not been cleaned and put away dirty - there was cooked meat stuck to the pans. There was no hand soap, washing liquid, or toilet paper resulting in having to buy our own toilet paper and someone coming to replace these items a few days into our stay. We were also only given 5 bath towels despite there being 7 of us and the house sleeping 8.
