Recently renovated in January 2023, it features new appliances, modern fixtures, and contemporary furnishings for a fresh, comfortable stay just minutes from the island’s best beaches, dining, shopping, and nightlife.
Typically about a 10–15 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town, it offers a canal front pool, private dock, and easy access to North Sound by boat—an ideal base for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers who want a quiet home close to the action.

DOCK & WATER GEAR NOTICE
Guests are welcome to enjoy the canal front setting, but please note there is no ladder or steps on the dock. This means getting a paddleboard or other gear up from the water onto the dock can be challenging and may require good balance and strength. Most of the time the canal is calm for paddling, with occasional boat traffic passing through. Paddleboarding or using any watercraft from the dock is strictly at your own risk, and the owner/management cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury.

• Located on Palm Heights Drive in the Snug Harbour area, in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach corridor.
• The world famous Seven Mile Beach is roughly a 15 minute walk or about a 5 minute drive away (depending on traffic and exact beach access point).
• Camana Bay, with its shops, cinema, restaurants, and waterfront promenade, is about a 15–20 minute walk or 5–7 minute drive.
• A car is recommended for maximum flexibility, but guests who enjoy walking will appreciate being able to reach many restaurants, bars, and beach spots on foot.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

Very quiet, spacious, and clean location. We used the pool and the barbeque at the pool location, which were both in very good condition. The Canal view was very nice and it was great to have a full kitchen. We rented a vehicle, and I’d be concerned about the 1 km walk to the beach given the highway to cross if we did not have a car. Maybe the host would have suggestions. Great location if you have a car though, as being very close to the highway is convenient for travel. Far enough from the highway, though to not have noise. I will definitely consider booking this location again.

Property manager, housekeeper were excellent. Speedy response and they ensured any issues were resolved quickly. Canal view was so peaceful and unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Area is also walkable to Camana Bay and West Bay road. Camana Bay has an array of shops, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, and even fitness centers. Walk to west bay road allows you to get the bus to governors beach which is just a short ride away. If you are a walker, you can certainly walk to the beaches as well but would not recommend for older guests unless they are able to walk 1-2 miles without discomfort. Overall, lovely stay.

This was the first time we stayed in a property on a canal during vacation, and we really enjoyed it. Snug Harbour View is close to Camana Bay shopping and dining, Governor's Beach, and many other popular 7-mile beach stores and restaurants. Peace and quiet
Located on a canal in a residential neighborhood. There was only 9 units in the complex. 20 minute walk to the beach as well as to Foster’s Market.The Unit was very clean and updated.

A Perfect Stay!
We were in Cayman to see family and handle some family business, so we didn't need to be in the condo much of the time, But it was comfortable and conveniently located to all the places we needed to be during the 12 days we were there. Communication about the unit or any potential needs we had was beyond our expectations. The furniture was comfortable, and the television worked great for the few moments my husband could enjoy watching the golf tournament while there. We will refer family and friends.

Perfect Condo for Us
Place was as advertised. Management responded quickly to any of our concerns and the cleaning staff checked with us daily for anything we needed. Place was so convenient to all services and extremely quite except for children above us that loved to run and jump our last week but that's to be expected with kids. Highly recommend this unit.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the property. It was very cute and I loved being on the canal. It was clean and have everything that I needed in the unit (other than scissors, but I always travel with a small pair). They were quick to respond when I locked myself out, and it’s one minute from Camana Bay for shopping and food. My parents want to come and stay here now. I would highly recommend

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love everything about this place. It is a very safe and beautiful area and being on the canal is so peaceful eating breakfast and dinner on the lanai. The beach is just a short walk/drive away.The pool is always welcoming, clean and never crowded. It is so nice because you always have some shade to retreat to if the sun is too much for you. The only reason I didn’t give five stars for the property management contact is because I did contact them and ask them to furnish us with a few items in the condo and they said they should be in the condo but that they would look into this and they did not. We checked every place in the condominium and we had stayed there last year and we did have potholders, cooking utensils for the grill outside and pans for oven use and these items were NOT present this year. This is truly my only complaint, and I felt that they thought the items were in the condo and we just didn’t explore. The bottom line is someone should’ve reached out to see if we received those items and I didn’t hear anything else from anyone. They did have cooking utensils, but they were for inside not metal utensils for a gas grill. I will say we did have an issue with the toilet and there was a maintenance person present on the property at that time and he fixed it immediately, which was wonderful. He also filled up the gas grill tanks because they were empty. Overall, this is minor stuff and we would come back!

Quiet Clean Property Close to Everything
This was the ideal property for me. It was relatively inexpensive, but clean, safe, and close to everything I wanted to do. I love Grand Cayman, but it is gotten so expensive that I did not think I would be able to go back. After a last minute search I found this property and so grateful I did. Shelley greeted me upon my arrival and made me feel welcome. Everything in the unit was clean and in working order, and everything looked recently updated. The property was quiet, peaceful, and close to everything I wanted to do on 7 mile beach, Camana Bay, Georgetown, etc. I would definitely rent a car but I always do in Grand Cayman. My experience was entirely positive, and I would defiantly rent again.

Nice place but difficult management
Very clean property in pretty setting. Minimalist decor, no pictures on walls. Communication was difficult and way too much for such a simple stay. Property Manager asked the same questions multiple
Times and never refered to our earlier information, which was all in a whats app chat as she insisted. Insisited on us sending our airline itinerary so she could plan cleaning, over the top, I declined. Check in was 4 and we were not sent the access code. Got it at 7, but the unit was unlocked anyway. Items were missing eg beach chairs, trash can. More back and forth and hanging around the unit waiting for things. It could have been simpler, like, say, the way a hotel handles arrivals.

We enjoyed our 8 day stay. The condo is centrally located and close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and contained everything we needed. The place is peaceful and we relaxed by the canal.
