Where We Escape - Holiday Management welcomes you to Family Friendly On Treetops, Mollymook.
Tranquil family friendly holiday home in Mollymook, this modern four bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect getaway with the family in mind.
A comfortable home that is spacious, with open plan living, two living areas with ducted heated and cooling throughout, separate breakfast table, kitchen with Lor coffee machine, gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave and all the kitchen basics. The living room features a big screen TV, PS4, Karaoke machine (with USB Port) along with two dining areas. For your use is also a 6 burner gas BBQ, laundry with washer & dryer combined, small veranda with outdoor lounging and leading to the fully fenced backyard. In the double garage you will find a games room with table tennis and dart board, perfect for the kids.
Conveniently located in a quiet street in Mollymook, but also still within walking distance to Mollymook Bowling Club, Tallwood Shopping Centre Mollymook (Pharmacy, IGA, Fish & Chips shop, BWS, Deli), Gwylo Restaurant and Bannisters Pavillion Rooftop Bar & Grill. The northern end of Mollymook Beach is within walking distance, or it is a short drive to the southern end of Mollymook, patrolled (during Summer months) and Mollymook Golf Club is also located at the southern end of Mollymook.
