The pools and hot tubs are clean and well maintained and the condo was gorgeous with everything we needed. It's a great family atmosphere and the beach front is so clean - the sand is like sugar. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Thank you for a much needed relaxing time.

Beds were comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is a bigger TV ( a smart TV) in the living room. I highly recommend this condo. It is great for families with the master bedroom and very spacious master bath opposite the other 2 bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Seachase normally twice a year. This was our first time in this unit. It is very large and plenty of room. Nicely decorated and has everything you need for a great vacation. Beautiful views and very large balcony as well. Places to shop and eat are all close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did have issues with WiFi password, but called and was g”given correct sign in. Unit doesn’t have a passcode to enter and you do have to use a hard key. This unit is one of the nicest units we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning place!

We loved loved loved this condo! Even the door was right off the elevator on the 12th (top/quiet) floor. Elevators were very quick and we rarely waited. Parking spaces are a little tight, but it was amazing overall. The condo was perfect for us and our two teen girls. They each had their own room and we were on the opposite end. The large master bath tub is a bonus! The only recommendation is a larger hot water tank or you need to spread out the showers. Also the wifi wouldn't work. I just used my hotspot. It is a gorgeous condo. The view is amazing and they have everything you need/stocked with cooking supplies. We take a ton of trips so this was a nice bonus! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Expected so much more being a penthouse. TVs were small and out of date. Comforters on all beds were like a cheap hotel comforter. The towels were also of cheap quality Dishes and silverware were dirty. I had to wash plates and utensils before using them. Sand was on floor on arrival. We were given wrong WIFI code However The living area is open and beautiful and the master bath very spacious. We love the property of Sea Chase and have stayed there throughout the years

Beautiful view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very beautiful, clean and spacious. The ice machine was an added bonus! The view was amazing! Our only hiccup was the wi-fi password they gave us didn't work but no big deal since we were outside most of the time anyway. The location was conveniently located across the street from Walmart so we could walk to get supplies. There was multiple souvenir stores and ice cream shops so the kids (teenagers) walked around by themselves. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer! Also, we bought our own chairs and umbrella at Walmart, seemed cheaper than renting them. We just left them at the room so hopefully they will leave them there for others to use in the future. A cooler and some beach towels for the room would have been a nice bonus too.

1202 Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 small children. It was clean upon arrival. The front desk was friendly and helpful when called. Overall we had a wonderful experience. My only complaint would be the use of a hard key for the door and the use of key fob to get to and from the beach. It’s very inconvenient when you have 5 adults all doing different things, especially with kids. I had to get other guest to open to gate from the beach to the pool many times due to there only being 3 key fobs handed out. It would be more convenient if the gate had a code to punch in and the door to the room had a code as well. I hope you all consider this because many guest were complaining about it and asking other people to let them through the gate.
