BEACH TRIP

We had an amazing time on our trip. This location can't be better. You're mere steps away from the beach. We love that aspect. The room itself is nice. Overall, we had a great time. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port in other condos in the past. The price on this stay was great. However, I do think a deep clean or "reset" clean would do it well and would make the stay even more pleasant in the future. I wouldn't describe the place as dirty, but there was an almost musty smell that made it feel like it needed to be cleaned.

We loved the location! Ocean front with a fabulous beach and a pier behind the property for crabbing and fishing. That was as great for our family of four. It was nice to have a kitchen and washer and dryer. T

Enjoyed our stay. Would return great value

Great single bedroom with easy access to the beach. Place was clean, comfortable and had a really nice view of the gulf. Exactly what we expected. A short drive to PCB and to 30A. Only reason to score below a 5 was because I needed to contact the rental agency to have them send me the link to register my vehicle a couple times over a couple days before it was resolved. No bid deal just glad I had been there before to know what I needed. If you are going to be there a few days pick up some TP, and paper towels.

Peaceful beach retreat

This was my second time at Pinnacle Port. I love it! This unit is older and more basic, but a great economical accommodation. The tub is old and the dishes were dirty. Other than that, it was excellent

Don’t bother. Filthy and outdated.

If I could upload pictures, I could give an accurate display of the filth and outdated condo. The bathroom and hair and dirt ground into the tub. Every room needed to be deep-cleaned. I contacted the property manager snd they refunded the cleaning fee and one night’s stay. I would have expected at least half of our money back. We were disappointed. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves. Again, the management offered to clean the condo, but I clearly have a different definition of clean than they do. I will never rent another unit from this group.

There were some issues with the Wi-Fi constantly disconnecting which is problematic because my phone didn’t have good service in the condo buildings.

Great view!!!

Overall this is a great place to stay, View was awesome. The condo does need a deep clean and some updating. Most likely will stay in Pinnacle Port in the near future!

We really enjoyed the location and overall facility. Description was accurate. Condo was nice, but the first night we came in we found a few massive roach bugs in the kitchen area. No more after that. Other complaint would be the amount of sticky dust on top of the refrigerator and various parts of the restroom. The outlets in the bedroom were iffy and some lamps wouldn’t work. Overall, for the price, the rental was very much worth it.

Pinnacle Port is still our favorite place on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got away for a short romantic getaway and couldn’t have picked a better week to enjoy the beautiful beach. We have stayed at multiple units and haven’t had one we didn’t like yet. Our unit was clean and well furnished with all the essentials needed for a home away from home. Only issues we had were some of the plugs didn’t work and need to be replaced. Not a big deal for us just thought the owners may want to address a potential safety issue. We hope to return to this same unit in October.

Perfect accommodations for my sister and me for a quick trip to the beach. Just know there is only a starter set of things like toilet paper, etc for your stay. Only negative for us was the shower was slow to drain which I dug out a wad of hair which fixed the issue (not our hair.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo provides easy access to the elevator and beach. We have stayed in Pinnacle Port 5 times and always enjoy our stay. The condo was clean and stocked with more than enough bath towels. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The condo did have a stagnant air smell, but once we turned down from 78 to 73, it was not noticeable. The décor was a nice eclectic assortment of beach themed items. We would return and rent this condo again.

Long weekend review

My only complaint was the air conditioner ran constantly and we were unable to adjust the temperature. There were no throw blankets so we had to use towels and sheets to cover up. However, I would much rather have air than not. Overall, it was a good getaway.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times and love the resort. We have actually stayed in this unit in the past. The unit is in desperate need of updating. Would pursue other units at resort if available.

Shortage of clean

Love the place not so much the space. The condo floor was so dirty that we had to was our feet through the day. W when we arrived the curtain rod was pulled from the wall. The maintenance people came out right away and fixed it, but left all the debris right where it fell as they screwed the new mount into the wall. Drywall bits and pieces and dust all over the floor. We love pinnacle port because of its location, but we’re not completely satisfied with the condo we chose. It has great potential but needs a hard clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The AC broke 2 days into our 7 night stay. Turns out it happens there all the time. My youngest daughter spent the night in the ER because she had a heat stroke. When I let them know there was not response. I thought it was important that they not rent it out the following week. Every day we kept being told that it would get fixed. Then when they 'fixed it' it was not actually fixed. It was 89 degrees in there. Something more should have been done for guests. If they had been honest we would have moved to another place. Hard to believe we still had to pay, we had to buy box fans, we could only eat by the pool, all of our food went bad because it was too hot to cook. AND our entire family had to sleep on the balcony because it was so hot it was unhealthy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Property is good and feels safe. Unit B2607 needs some work. I would not stay there again. It's old, outdated, needs major upgrading for the price we paid. For example, the oven door won't open all the way because it comes up against the refrigerator and can't be opened further than about half way. Microwave oven door won't open all the way because it hits up against the side of the stove. The kitchen sink had what appeared to be black mold all around the drain opening. The kitchen cutlery drawer had a big wad of what appeared to be a mashed chicken nugget in the knife and fork tray. The light switch that operated the chandelier over the kitchen table had to be turned on and off about 3 times before the lights would come on. ETC., ETC.
