¡NIÑOS DE NIEVE Y OTRAS ESTANCIAS A LARGO PLAZO, POR FAVOR PREGUNTE POR UNA CITA CON DESCUENTO!

Venga a hospedarse en la propiedad más al oeste de la playa con una de las mejores vistas de la zona. Situada en la playa de Inlet, esta propiedad le permite disfrutar de agua dulce y salada a la vez. Pinnacle Port está ubicado en la popular zona turística de Carillon Beach, a poca distancia de la pintoresca zona de South Walton, conocida como la famosa 30a.
Nuestro condominio ha sido completamente remodelado. Tenemos un nuevo televisor inteligente de 50 "en la sala de estar, una cocina nueva y electrodomésticos. Los colchones y las camas son nuevos. Esto es lujo en su máxima expresión. Excelentes vistas desde el balcón del amanecer y excelentes vistas de las puestas de sol desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio de abajo. Pinnacle Port es una verdadera vida en la Florida.
El complejo cuenta con una gran cantidad de servicios y está ubicado en su propia comunidad cerrada. Tenemos dos piscinas, una climatizada en invierno y cerrada para convertirla en una piscina cubierta. Tenemos canchas de tenis, canchas de bochas, canchas de tejo, voleibol y un área de juegos para niños. WIFI y cable se proporcionan en el condominio. También tenemos el hermoso lago Powell en la parte trasera de la propiedad, es un lago de dunas costeras que es ideal para la pesca, remo, kayak, canotaje y esquí acuático. El complejo alquila tablas de remo y kayaks por una tarifa nominal y tenemos dos disponibles para su disfrute. No hay playas llenas de gente en este extremo de la playa, lo único que falta es USTED!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The kiddos enjoyed swimming in both the pools and we loved sitting at the bar in the living room drinking coffee and watching the dolphins that came every morning.

Family Vacation. 2023

During our stay the riptide was so bad that we could not get in the ocean but the complex had two pools that made it nice to cool off. The room was as described online and the owners were readily available for easy checkin and questions. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed staying in this unit over Fall Break. The views were wonderful from the 7th floor! Although the facility is older, this unit has been updated. There are still signs of age visible, but the location of the condo made up for that. The second floor kitchen/living area is unique, but not a problem other than carrying coolers up or down the stairs. Plenty of room for our family of 5!

Great location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the previous renter put away dirty dishes that had to be cleaned when we arrived. The location is fantastic.

One of the best properties and locations that we have rented. Large quiet beach.....great complex.

Our hosts were just the best...great property with just one of the best beaches...we truly had a great vacation....love the gated property and it was a very quiet rental....easy driving distance to really anything you could want....don't miss The Donut Hole......

i didn't read the description, my fault. I was expecting to sit in a chair on the patio and look out at the ocean, from east to west, and the view was not acceptable at all. i wont be back.

Amazing Views and Empty Beaches

I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights at James and Katie’s place. I followed the directions in the welcome email and check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and the views were amazing. I can only speak for the upstairs bed, but it was a dream. I enjoyed being able to walk to Carillon Market where there are a couple restaurants and a spa. I would definitely recommend staying at James and Katie’s place. Thanks for having me!

Perfect location for our family!

Quiet location in Panama City! We loved having Powell Lake behind the condo and the ocean at the front. The condo was clean, well appointed with all the items we needed to feel right at home. A very enjoyable stay.

Great little get a way!

Needed a last minute place to stay for just myself. Never stayed in this style condo at pinnacle port before..pleasantly surprised at space. This cute condo would of been plenty big for my family 4 and maybe 1 or 2 friends extra. Great view.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have always dreamed of having a beach home, we purchased this unit in Pinnacle Port in May of 2019. The property has fantastic ocean and inlet lake-front views. Getting to the beach is a breeze and there is a breathtaking ocean view from every window and balcony. This condo is extremely close to all the 30a restaurants and close enough to Panama City beach for the fun and amenities, but far enough to avoid the crowds. The security of a gated resort entrance, the beauty of the area, the many amenities, and the beautiful sandy white beaches just outside of the buildings door is exactly why we choose this property!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views of the gulf and coast line from the balcony and every window and the amazingly calming views of lake Powell. The active sea life is fun to watch and the lake is great place to throw your crab trap in hopes of catching dinner. Pinnacle Port is one of the closest resorts to the water and can not be outdone.
