It has all the comforts of home, and is situated in a convenient Mid-Cape location to access all the best Cape Cod has to offer! If you need more space, we have another studio condo at the same location available!

The studio condo is situated in a one level building and offers a cozy, relaxed vacation retreat. You'll be able to sit outside on the private patio as you delight in pleasant Cape Cod evenings. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you listen to the sounds of the ocean and relax while sitting on the comfortable patio furniture. There are many fantastic dining establishments within walking distance of the property. But, there's no need to travel when hunger strikes. Whip up your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen or make a barbeque dinner using the community gas grill. The kitchen has everything you need to make meal prep a breeze, including appliances, cookware, and utensils!

After a day of fun in the sun or exploring The Cape, come back and jump in the onsite pool. Turn on the flat-screen Smart TV and drift off on the cozy queen bed while watching your favorite shows or a calming movie.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
