Sea Think Wonder 4 Bedroom Home in Nags Head

Welcome to Sea Think Wonder by KEES Vacations!

This adorable 4-Bedroom, 2-Bath pet-friendly beach cottage nestled in South Nags Head is a perfect spot for an Outer Banks vacation. You will love the quaint and quiet area where this is located. This home has a beach access within walking distance at the end of the street! While away from the hustle and bustle from the more northern parts of Nags Head, this home is easily accessible to Croatan Highway, Manteo, Oregon Inlet, and Hatteras Island. Also, close by is the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Heads Bar and Grill.

Although you are so close to the ocean, you may prefer to spend your day lounging by the private pool. The outdoor shower will allow you to cool off or clean up after a great day in the sun. There is a charcoal grill in the yard for the grill masters of the group. Did you catch some fresh fish? There is also a fish cleaning counter under the carport.

The second level of this house is where you will enjoy hanging out. Here is where you will find the Living Area, a large full Kitchen, Dining Area and a Full Bathroom. Step out onto the large deck to check out the view or enjoy gathering around the picnic table for food and drinks!

The lower level is where everyone will sleep. All four bedrooms are on this level. There is a spacious King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms and a Bedroom w/Two Twin Beds. In the hallway is a shared full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer if you need to wash towels or clothes while on vacation.

**For a small one-time fee of $155, you can bring up to two small dogs up to 35 pounds each to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

This property has 4 parking spots for guests.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Sea Think Wonder, was perfect for our family of 4 and our friends family of 4.The beach is so close and the pool was so much fun. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning next year's stay.

Beautiful location

It was beautiful, the beach being so close. The kids can go back whenever they please once they get tired. The pool did stop circulating the day we arrived

Only good thing about the property was the closeness to the beach. The front door would not stay closed, the sliding glass door was hard to open, and the other sliding door would not open at all. Several pieces of wood on the deck were rotten. The house needs some major TLC, kitchen appliances need upgrading as well as the dining and living room furniture. Was disappointed with the house in general. Shower curtain in downstairs bathroom was torn and falling down as well as the shower head clogged. Also, outdoor floodlights do not work, which is not good for security reasons. Not worth the money we spent. Will not being staying here again until its upgraded and worth the money to stay.

Great house, perfect location

Check in was easy and smooth. Kees property management was very quick to respond to questions. The house is exactly how it appears in the photos. The house was clean. The kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool was a great way to spead the afternoon after a morning on the beach. The house location was quiet, a very short walk to the beach but still a short distance from shopping. Like most rentals, it could us some minor fixes here and there. Overall we loved the house, the location and we will probably rent this home again. One thing I would add the the property is a second outside trash can.Additional note. More about Kees than the house, the lawn needed mowing so we could comfortably use the grill. Kees responded immediately and the yard was neatly mowed right away. Thanks for the rapid response!

Beach Week

SEA THINK WONDER is truly wonderful. Plenty of room for 5 adults and two kids. Short easy walk to beach for fishing and playing in the water. Pool felt like heaven after a day on the beach. Our family really likes the south Nags Head area, away from all the hustle and bustle but easy drive if doing a grocery run.

Upon arrival the water was turned off, contacted management and they sent a technician out within 15 minutes, water was turned on. The ice maker was not working but no worries. Very nice location, great views of the ocean. Would stay there again.

Perfect location, Nice House, Pool makes it perfect!

We really enjoyed this location. It is in a quiet area, has views of the ocean, and beach access can't be beat. Having the inground pool is a huge bonus for us. House was clean and had everything we needed. AC worked great. Communication with the manager was good. No issues and a great experience!

Great location

Fantastic location as you’re just steps away from the beach access. Pool was nice, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. House was nice - lots of new updates (carpet/countertops in kitchen). Only drawbacks was it is far down the road so it’s a little bit of a drive to get to most restaurants but not too bad. The house is smaller than the pictures made it appear but it still worked out for us and we had 8 folks. Overall very happy.

OBX 1st Timers

1st time to OBX. Went because we could take our Dog with us. Location, we couldn’t ask for better. Steps from Ocean. At times felt like our own private beach. Pool was a pleasant amenity to have. Place clean & offered all we could want. A few upgrades would not hurt in kitchen & other areas. Door knob to house is practically falling off & wouldn’t take much to fix & would hep 1st impressions.

Great location but not well maintained

The location was great and very close to the beach. The private pool was very convenient. The rooms were sufficient for our family of 7. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the management were prompt in their responses to inquiries. Thank you. The main drawback was the cleanliness. The house could have been better maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen floors were a little sticky and dirty. There were also some bugs in the kitchen utensils. The exhausts in the bathrooms were very noisy. While we made the best of the remaining facilities, paying some attention to these little touches Would have made our stay much better.

Nice stay but a little aggravated checking in

The stay was nice and the house was accurate to the online listing. We arrived about 30 mins early to check in. So naturally after the kids being in the car all day and wanting to get our luggage in before a big thunderstorm i thought I would get all of our bags in the house. Boy was I wrong. They kept the door locked until 4 on the dot. So I had to wait 30 minutes and unload the car in the pouring rain. I thought it was pretty petty that after all the money and service fees that we paid to stay there that they would not open the door 30 min early was a bit ridiculous, and for that one simple fact alone I wouldn’t rent with Kees again.

Holiday Beach Getaway

The house is located just steps away from a beautiful, residential stretch of the Outer Banks. The home provided glimpses of the ocean sunrise and was comfortable for our family of four and our pup. The deck furniture was great. The linens were clean and beds made upon our arrival. This property is need of a Spring deep cleaning (insects in light fixtures, peeling ceiling, mold in shower handle, stains on all the furniture). Not an owner-loved property but property management operated. Kitchen was well appointed but you won’t find things like garlic salt or any cooking staples, so come prepared. Water is not turned on outdoors despite freeze risk has passed. Unfortunately that means tracking sand indoors. Also no shower curtain liner in downstairs bathroom so everyone bathed in the one bath. We had a lovely stay but this property needs a refresh,

Great location; Needs new cleaning crew

Great location with a short walk to the beach. It’s quiet and family friendly with the kitchen stocked with the essentials. There was ample space for our family and pets.We arrived about 2hrs early and messaged the host to see if we could get into the unit an hour early. The host did not respond until 90min later (only 30min til check in) but we were fine as we stayed at the beach until 3:45pm. As we made our way back to the property, the cleaning crew was just arriving. It was two gentlemen who were rather rude and told us we couldn’t get in until they finished cleaning. I specifically stated to the cleaning crew that we were supposed to check in by 4 PM. The older gentleman responded and said that he still had 15 minutes before 4 o’clock. At this point, I am irritated by the rudeness and how is the property supposed to be thoroughly cleaned in 15 minutes? We did not get into the property until after 5 PM and the place was still dirty with sand send on the floor and bathrooms. The host did nothing to accommodate or reassure us during this process. The AC does not work (it is more of a fan) but we stayed in April so it wasn’t too hot yet with a good breeze going but it did get humid. The towel holder in the upstairs bathroom was falling off, kitchen cabinet doors were literally falling off the hinges, the door lock is loose, the pool was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves —the property would greatly benefit from a few maintenance tasks and a reliable cleaning crew.
