Hermosa casa justo en la playa!

Casa playa tiene dos pisos con cuatro a cinco habitaciones (las camas son tamaño king, queen y algunas individuales con una cuna disponible si es necesario), sala, lavandería completa y cocina, totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina de alta calidad y un bar y taburetes separados desde el comedor. Hay ventanas de vidrio del piso al techo en la sala de estar y el comedor, que ofrece excelentes vistas del océano y la playa. Veranda cubierta de veinticuatro pies con vista al jardín y al océano, cocina totalmente equipada. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con control remoto, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones. Hay una parrilla de azulejo de hormigón de tamaño doble personalizada y una ducha al aire libre. Siéntase libre de ayudarse a sí mismo a naranjas y plátanos frescos en el hermoso jardín. Con excelentes restaurantes, bares y buena música. A cinco minutos se encuentra un complejo deportivo donde se pueden alquilar kayaks, practicar esquí acuático, hacer surf, parasailing, etc. Las canchas de tenis son prácticas y gratuitas. La casa está disponible para alquiler en grupos más pequeños, de dos a seis personas. El centro de la ciudad se encuentra a poca distancia. Casi no necesita tener un automóvil para moverse. En el porche y en el jardín, hay cómodos sillones con fundas de felpa, mesa de comedor y sillas adicionales. Hay sillas disponibles para llevar a la playa también. Desde la terraza, puedes observar grandes puestas de sol. También puede ver las ballenas, que descienden del noreste para criar de diciembre a abril.

Great times

Just what we needed for a week stay. Food, grocery stores and convenience stores within walking distance. Walk right out the door and you're on a beautiful beach. Took us 40 minutes to drive from BQN airport. This house was exactly what we needed as our hub for a week stay in Puerto Rico. Rincon

Great place on a relaxing beach and quaint local area

Overall great place to stay. Amazing views of the sunset over the water and the stars at night. Big enough for 12 people to fit if you use a few roll away beds. The local area is also nice. It is very convenient to walk to the grocery store and several restaurants (all of which were very good).

Excellent vacation home

We had a great stay, everything was as described. Sabrina (property manager) was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Payment is unconventional (old style) but nothing to fear, I would definitely go again.

Great Beach House

Great location for swimming with no sea urchins as you enter. Very few farther out in overhead deep water. Great surfing a short drive away and even shorter to Rincon town center. Young and old family members all enjoyed the stay.

Perfect beach house

We rented the entire property for our party of 8 and had a great time! The houses are simply furnished but have everything you need and the location can’t be beat. The beach is perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. This is the perfect place to stay in Rincon.

First time to Rincon!

Check in is simple. The owner and rental manager are extremely responsive. The house is clean. The location and views are incredible!!!! We loved every bit of our stay. Thank you for sharing your house!!!

Beautiful view

The accommodations are fine and as advertised, but as others have noted, there are barking dogs all around. Also, the stairs to the beach are in disrepair, so a bit dangerous. Also, not all plugs are working. But as I said, the view is terrific!

Location cannot be beat!

We rented both units for our party of 8. The houses are comfortable and perfect for a beach vacation. There is a supermarket down the street and a big charcoal grill in the backyard. The location in Rincon cannot be beat. It is minutes away from the town center with great restaurants nearby and the nicest beach in the area is your backyard. This is our second time staying here and we are already looking forward to out next visit.

Amazing beach house

This property was a dream for us. The access to the beach out front with the warm water and sandy large beach was amazing. We rented both units and that was plenty of room for us for our family. The outdoor shower was a nice feature as is the patio and veranda on the second floor which allows for amazing sunset views. We could walk right into town to restaurants and grocery stores. And would definitely rent this property again.

Lovely

Everything was great with the exception of the incessant barking of dogs every night. The power went out on the last day making for a difficult clean out. The property and the owners were lovely and accommodating, immediately bringing over flashlights for the evening. The location was perfect. For the most part of the week we had our own private beach. Great place for little ones to run and play in the beautiful backyard.

A Beachfront Gem!

We had a fabulous 2-week family vacation here renting both units. The oceanside views and access were marvelous. Twice we saw the "green flash" at sunset! Since a prior review, the owner has reinforced the stairway to the beach making it safe. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available! Swimming and snorkeling here is delightful, though crossing over the nearshore shelf of rock is easier at high tides. Ceiling fans, the AC and Wi-Fi were all good. The dining room/living rooms and each BR have an AC unit. Yes, the neighbors' dogs bark at 6 am and during the day, but we still slept well. The bamboo nightstands were dusty and too small. The property manager provided great communication and help when needed. Rincon is a wonderful town for its restaurants and beaches. Also, a shoutout for "Crash Boat Tours" in Aquadilla, a great family adventure. We would gladly stay here again.

A great spot!

We rented both the upper and lower units together. Very comfortable for our group of 7 with room to spare. Bright and airy. Beautiful outside living space. The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! Loved walking through all the neighborhood for early morning exercise. Lots of dogs but no troubles. Clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. We walked to many restaurants and bars. Must try pizza next to the brewery in town! Cowboy Cantina is a short drive (uphill) and yummy. A great spot.

Fabulous Beach House

The property was great for our family of 8, all adults. Loved the beach front, snorkling, sunsets and relaxing on the decks, breach and lawn. Plenty of space to spread out and everyone had their own room and bathroom. A plus for our group. The kitchen was small for cooking for 8 but we managed. As the house is set up with an upstairs kitchen also, we liked having the two refrigerators. We could have done without the barking dogs at 6:00am from the neighbors but enjoyed hearing the roosters at 4:00am! For the most part it was a quiet neighborhood, we could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Great location to explore all the beaches in Rincon, participate in excursions or wander around a wonderful downtown. Our adult children enjoyed the local brewery!

Unbelievable views, top notch property manager, less than great neighborhood

First and foremost, we came to Rincon for the views and this property delivered fantastically! Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, as well as seeing whales and dolphins out in the ocean. Unbelievable views of the water. The property manager, Sabrina, waa also amazing and truly went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The house itelf is rustic, but in good repair. It was as described in the listing. We had both the top and bottom units and it would have been great if there was a way to get between without going outside, but it worked. The biggest drawback to the proeis the noise in the neighborhood. There were a number of dogs in the neighbors yards and they barked incessantly. The first night they barked through the night and it kept us awake to the point we considered leaving. We did reach out to Sabrina and she was wonderful in speaking to the neighbors and offering us earplugs. The conversation seemed to help as the dogs were much better the rest of our stay. They still barked intermittently, but we could sleep ok. One issue is that the windows are metal louvers with screens and so do not do much to seal out noise. Adding to this is that the rooms on the street side of the house and not the ocean side. Overall, we had a great time in Rincon! we would return to this property again but also might look at options in a different neighborhood of Rincon. Sabrina was truly great as a manager and we so appreciated her help. She went well beyond the call of duty!!

Great location

Overall, our stay at this rental vacation home was enjoyable. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the ocean, restaurants and shops. The manager was very helpful and provided us with useful information about the area. However, the description of the house was not entirely accurate, as it is divided into two apartments and it has a separate entrance for the apartment upstairs. Additionally, there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms, which may be an issue for some renters. One thing to note is that power outages are common in Puerto Rico, which can be inconvenient for renters. We had a wedding to attend and had to go to a hotel that had a generator to get ready. However, the manager of the property was kind enough to offer her own house as an alternative. The house itself had everything we needed, but we did encounter an issue with the fold away cot. The mattress was dirty and had holes in it, which was disappointing. Overall, we would recommend this rental vacation home for its location and helpful manager, but renters should be aware of the inaccuracies in the description and the potential for power outages.

Views for days...

Our family had a lovely stay in Rincon at Casa Playa beachfront house. The home is older, but well cared for. It has all the things you need to be able to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella) and with so many beaches nearby in addition to the one right out the back door, that's a great thing! Ample cookware and dishes though we often took advantage of close proximity to restaurants! the fridge didn't have an ice maker and it was tricky to stay on top of the demand for ice using old fashioned ice trays. The beds were okay on comfort, not amazing, not awful. The property manager was FANTASTIC! She was always within 10 minutes to respond (one of my kids had an allergic reaction to ant bites ~ not on the property ~ and she gave fast advice on where to seek medical treatment). Just one thing to be sure you understand...if you are booking for 8 people, you will have the entire property, but the upstairs (two bedrooms, a queen and two singles) and the downstairs (two bedrooms, a king and two singles) are not connected via the interior of the house. You do have to go outside to get from one to the other. We put our four older teenagers downstairs and had the two younger children upstairs with us. That bit wasn't 100% ideal for a family vacation, but there was room for us all to gather in the living room upstairs so it wasn't unworkable. The view and easy access to the beach made up for having to go outside to wake the kids up. :) We would stay again!
