The Space:
Please enter our freshly designed vacation home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with hardwood floors throughout and an open-concept floor plan, all styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area has a cozy plush sofa and two armchairs surrounding the sizeable wall-mounted smart TV. With access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect relaxing place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals at the dining room table seats six guests, plus additional seating at the kitchen island. A high chair is available for the little ones to enjoy a family meal.

BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR
The convenient half bath is a hop, skip, and jump from all the first-floor rooms.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
There are three spacious bedrooms on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.

Each bedroom is styled with a neutral palette and offers plenty of bright natural light. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an attached full ensuite bathroom.

Across the hall is bedroom #2 with a queen size bed, two nightstands, and a wall-mounted smart TV. Next door is the second full-size bathroom with a beautiful floor-to-ceiling tile walk-in shower, single vanity, and plenty of fresh, clean towels provided for your stay.

And at the end of the hall, you will find the third bedroom with two sets of twin beds, perfect for the kiddos to share a room of their own.

BASEMENT - BEDROOM, BATHROOM & LIVING AREA
The beautiful, fully finished basement is ideal for guests needing extra privacy or space, and this home features just that! You'll find the 4th bedroom with a full-size bed, a beautiful full bathroom, a spacious second living area with a Smart TV, plenty of seating, a pull-out sofa, and a table for games or just hanging out.

LAUNDRY
The laundry room can be found on the main floor near the garage door entrance. Inside is a full-size front-loading washer/dryer set, an ironing board, and all the necessary supplies.

GARAGE
An attached garage parking for two vehicles is ready for your use, so you can be assured that finding a spot will be perfectly convenient. The large driveway provides additional parking.

Easy access to major freeways is convenient for catching a Cardinals game or visiting the Arch and riverfront. Stop by beautiful Soulard or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery to tantalize the taste buds!

You are across the street from Terry Park, with outdoor space, a playground for the little ones, and a basketball court.

The neighborhood is home to the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops. It is close to Tower Grove Park and Forest Park, with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to moderate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

There are also external security cameras on the back and front side of the home for guest safety!

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Family get away
This was a great house for our family trip to St. Louis. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space and only a couple of years old. We really enjoyed coming back after a long day at the zoo or City Museum ( which is amazing!) and having room to relax and fix some supper and play games. Communication with property manager was great!

Stay for International convention
Beautiful, just as described. Everything clean and convenient. Nice neighborhood, short distance to the Convention Center, well stocked with necessities. We loved it!!!!

Wedding weekend
House was as pictured and we had plenty of room to spread out. Had issues with getting fans to work and the floors were filthy.... had to wear shoes at all times to avoid black dirty/filthy feet. Kitchen could definitely be stocked better with pots, pans, larger cutting boards, aluminum foil, etc. Several dishes were in cabinets and they were dirty. Plumbing is wired incorrectly so hot is cold and vice virsa. On a whole it was a good stay - plenty of space for our two families! I would just clean the floors and restock the kitchen so other guests can cook with more ease!

Perfect for what we needed!
We were looking for a house close to Barnes Jewish hospital and this house couldn’t have been more convenient for my family. My husband and I traveled with our two small boys and our mothers. Everyone had their own room and space to spread out. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did had some issues with the AC schedule and it got pretty warm at night, it was also very warm in the home when we arrived. Park across the street was enjoyed by our two boys. We were also able to use the garage for our vehicle. Overall, we enjoyed the home, perfect for what we needed and we were happy to have found it.
