Check in was seamless with the codes provided only had to quickly check in with the front desk just to say we were there. We have stayed at the island a handful of times. This place had plenty of toiletries, a roll of paper towel, a bit of dish soap and even 2 days worth of coffee with filters and a few packs of sugar. Great location close to our favorite spots. Comfortable beds and towels. We will definitely be here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The view from the balcony was amazing but The whole condo needs an upgrade,big bed in small bedroom it was impossible to walk around, kitchen doesn’t have enough dishes to cook big meals and the noise from the air conditioning is awful,we tried to watch tv but the internet was not good

Nice beach access. Good location for activities and food. Parasailing and dolphin cruise 3 minute drive or easy walk. Plenty of restaurants to walk to within 5 to 15 minutes. Clean rooms and living room. Needs a few fix ups and fresh paint but all in all a good time

Air conditioner was broken, 1st night, Repair people showed up 2nd day, very early and remained most of the day, but it was repaired.2nd bathroom shower door was loose and made hard contact with frame. At least 3 large insects needed to be dispatched.Good location

The condo was beautiful and well cleaned . The view was unmatched . Check in and check out were a breeze. We did feel it was falsely listed to have a ensuite when the bathroom was across the hall. The bathroom in the listing that was said to be attached to the master was actually across from the queen bedroom and the guest bathroom as listed was across from the king bedroom i personally found the beds uncomfortable and they are very squeaky. Otherwise everything else was as discribed . The couch was very comfortable.

The condo was clean, great pool and the location was great. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and of course loved being steps from the beach. We did have some trouble with one of the pocket doors to the larger bathroom that wouldn’t fully close. It wasn’t a huge deal for us. I would stay here again.

Location was great. Place needs refreshing showing signs of wear and tear. Shower would not drain quickly and you would stand in pool of water. Kitchen cabinets are old pots and pans are old and scratched. Overall needs refreshing

Had an incredible honeymoon stay at the beach! Property was very clean, but a bit more dated than the photos let on and could use some modern updates. Great spot though, loved the private beach access and pool!

Our overall experience was good. The condo was a little small for a family of 4 but we knew that from previous reviews. We did have to call maintenance for a leak around the AC return in the ceiling above the front door. But the view and access to beach was spot on!

Location, Views, and Ease

Pleased with the gated parking, ease of checkin, easy access to beach with only 3 steps to navigate with a loaded beach cart. Gorgeous beach views from the narrow but ample balcony. Quiet rooms with no disturbances from neighbors. Nicely maintained building but the condo has a definite “rental unit” vibe with quick paint patches and a few temperamental bathroom outlets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

It was an unobstructed view of the ocean and the pool was in the shade all afternoon. Perfect for morning at the beach and dip in the pool at the end of the day.

All in all a decent place. Very out dated. It would have been nice to have windows in the bedrooms. The primary bedroom and bath are not connected. Beds are uncomfortable. Needs air freshners.

TV Confusion

Half of our stay we were without any television service. 3 phone calls and a visit from 2 emplyees of the Acquarius and finally one employee after third call from SP Rentals. one of us is 84 years old and spent nearly his entire time in the condo.

Great with a few flaws

Working with the padre island staff was excellent! So helpful, informative, and well written communication. Wi-Fi was too slow and timed out, construction to the building during the day, and some work was needed on the unit. However, we had a brilliant time and loved the location. Suited my family perfectly! Nice people, and amazing restaurants.

Condo listed as Luxurious A very expensive condo,Almost 6000.00 a month, Floors were dirty, Rust on all vents, Water problems, Mold, Had no HOT water for NINE days!! This shouldNOT be listed on VRBO !!!! Deplorable!! Waste of money!!!!!
