Great Location

We loved this unit, it was not like a rental but a home where great care was taken to provide a very comfortable environment. A dream kitchen that any chef could enjoy with high quality appliances. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back. Best entertainment system!

Wonderful!

This is the first time we have stayed at this condo. Everything was first class and well maintained. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and updated. Ashley at itrip was very accessible for questions. We will stay here again!

Home away from home!

The El Paseo Village unit we stayed in was so well equipped, it made us feel we were home! Deluxe kitchen appliances, beautiful finishes and private front/back patios for our vacay pleasure! One of the most accessible locations in Palm Desert for walking to favorite restaurants, shops and live music. Loved the large capacity washer/dryer for all the tennis gear after playing on our two private courts! Garage spaces (2) will accommodate small cars or golf carts only. Upper end rental price but can’t beat the location!

Absolute Paradise for an extended stay

My wife and I recently retired and decided to treat ourselves to a month-long getaway in Palm Desert. We spent 30 wonderful days at this beautiful property, and we could not have picked a better place to celebrate this new chapter of our lives! The layout of the home was absolutely ideal for us. Having dual suites provided a wonderful amount of space and privacy. It worked out perfectly when our son and his wife came to visit us for a week—they had their own beautifully appointed suite, allowing everyone to have their own space while still enjoying quality family time together. The fully equipped kitchen was a home chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and everything we needed to easily whip up daily breakfasts and host lovely family dinners when the kids were in town. Another massive bonus for us was the EV charging station on-site, which made keeping our electric vehicle topped up completely effortless and stress-free throughout the entire month. The location is absolutely unbeatable—being right near El Paseo Village meant we were just a short, scenic stroll away from world-class dining, fantastic shopping, and lovely art galleries. We loved starting our mornings with a walk to get coffee and ending our days watching the spectacular desert sunsets from the property. The host was incredibly gracious, responsive, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable 30-day stay while giving us complete privacy. If you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and perfectly equipped desert retreat, look no further. We are already counting down the days until we can come back next year!
