Conceived in childhood memories of lake vacations, this resort-style walking community was built on the concept of New Urbanism. Inspired by the communities in Seaside, Florida, Carlton Landing provides its visitors diverse recreational activities such as boating, kayaking, walking, and biking on wooded trails, while preserving the natural setting of the glistening lake. It is a true family-friendly location with plenty to do.

The Residence Club's residences feature elegant interior designs created to mimic that of a vacation home in Rosemary Beach, Florida. There are three types of residences; all feature a gourmet kitchen, great room with wood flooring and fireplace. The three-bedroom Park Street residences include a small balcony with view of the lake and Park Street. The four-bedroom Lakeview residences include an expansive balcony with dining space for you to enjoy a meal while gazing over the sparkling lake at sunset . For maximum relaxation and ample space, stay in the four-bedroom Veranda residence, also with an expansive balcony, beautifully furnished for supreme dining and lounging.

Regardless of the season, Carlton Landing offers countless activities and adventures. The Marina and Boat Club provides access to beautiful Lake Eufaula during the summer season, while the many hiking trails are excellent during the fall. Sip on your morning coffee or enjoy a cup of hot chocolate by the fireplace before exploring the great outdoors. It’s time you’ve explored Carlton Landing, the essence of life well lived.”

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Perfect Location

Our stay was fabulous! Would really recommend. Place had a great view, is located next to coffee/pizza and other amenities, and was nicely furnished. We were 5 women (mom and 4 adult daughters). Only hiccup was the kids beds (two twins in 1 room, and bunk beds in the other), but we made it work.

We had a wonderful We enjoyed all the activities and rented a boat from the Carlton Landing Marina for a day. One of the ovens was not clean but the management company sent someone up to clean it soon after we call.

Our Second Time here

Family get together. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plenty of room. The huge deck was great in the afternoon and evening as it offers shade. Kitchen is equipped for cooking, just bring spices. AC kept us cool. Close to the lake, pool, Meeting House, and Mama Tigs. Would rent again.

We had a small sorority reunion and had a wonderful time! The condo we had initially rented was sold just days before we were scheduled to arrive. LakeStay was terrific in notifying us and immediately had other properties from which we were able to select an alternate location. The property I selected was not only beautiful, but also very clean, well apportioned and extremely comfortable. The accommodations couldn’t have been better and LakeStay was excellent! Stellar Location and Perfect For our Family

Reviewer Comments: We chose this condo based on its location to the pool across the street, next to the food trucks and restaurants, and walking proximity to the beach. As with booking something remote you are taking a chance on the information provided online being accurate. And in this case it was. Location was perfect for our family to walk easily. The condo was as nice as pictures presented. The quality of the space was top notch. No creeks in the floors, never heard neighbors, solid wood doors on interior made bedrooms quiet. No stairs was perfect for our little one to navigate crawling. Outside of elevator being broken for a few days, the food options very limited Sunday-Tuesday (and not communicated well online), and a few small details in what the condo itself had available, we loved it and would book again.
