With a short walk you are at the beach or enjoy the infinity pool with swim up bar.Want to do a little barbecue there is free barbecues in the barbecue area. Need to work out the Dawn Beach has a plenty of weights and cardio machines. At the front gate and turn left you can get a great early morning workout climbing Melford Hazel Road with some beautiful sunrise views over the ocean. Coming Soon another pool and various gift shops and a grocery store will be available.

You are just minutes away from the French side of St. Marrten with incredible French Cuisine Restaurants or take a 20 min drive back into Philipsburg for some shopping and more culinary delight restaurants.

Take a drive to Maho Beach and watch the plane fly right over you while you lie on the beach or sit in the bar and watch them as they land. Around the corner is Mullet Bay where you can just go out in the water and just float!

For the thrill seeker try The Flying Dutchman the world's steepest zipline from a vertical drop of 1066 for a length of 2538 feet. There are 4 side by side lines!!

Take a 2 hour drive around the island from the French side to the Dutch side. Stop in Marigot for lunch or grab a frozen yogurt treat. Take a day trip to Pinel Island $5 will get you across on a ferry boat to the island to picnic, lay on the beach or go swimming. Enjoy the day at Loterie Nature sanctuary on 135 acres with hiking trails & zip lines, plus a bar/eatery & pool/lounge areas.
