Welcome to the The Silver Beach House. A brand new luxury vacation home on one of Exuma's most private beaches. Professionally designed decor and finishes curated by Sarah Baeumler make this house exude authentic Bahamian comfort. Interior and exterior spaces are equipped with carefully selected furniture and materials that surround the natural beauty of the powder sand beach and crystal blue water that make Exuma so famous.

The house is centrally located on Tar Bay, less than ten minutes from both the airport and the main hub of the Island, George Town. Groceries, provisions, restaurants, bars, pharmacy are all only a few minutes away.

The living space features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a separate living room, and a cozy den with sleep-sofa. The exterior space is made up of a large covered stone patio with teak lounge seating and dining area leading out to the infinity pool that blends into the ocean.

Guests will be provided with all the necessary assistance as they plan and prepare for their stay. Suggestions for activities, tours, boat rentals, chef and catering service, spa treatment, restaurants, fishing, diving, etc. will be provided.

We loved this place! We have stayed in a lot of homes on the islands, but it didn't take long for my wife to say "i'm obsessed". Lots of A comments - the house, location, the pool, beach access, beach toys, the kitchen. All were amazing. We have a family of 5 and the three bedrooms were perfect and more than spacious for us. We cooked a couple meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy, thank you Ester for all your insight and help during our stay. Highly recommend booking this house if you visit Exuma.

Silver Beach House is just beautiful! The view is unmatched, you look out over the pool to the blue ocean. The house inside is extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We ate at the dining table outside a lot, and sat on the loungers at the pool most of the day listening to the ocean. The beach is great for long walks. It was quite windy when we were there, so we didn't get to use the paddle boards or sea kayaks.

Beautiful! Excellent location in Tar Bay. We had always stayed in February Point or Grand Isle. We will stay here again. Great pre-stay communication and fast replies from property manger once we had arrived. Fantastic A/C. Fast internet. Comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. A lot of thought and attention to detail was put into the guest experience by the Owners.

Amazing property

We loved our time at Silver Beach House. The view of the crystal blue water from the property is great and having direct access to the beach is amazing. The beach was never crowded and we often had it to ourselves. Our kids spent hours in the pool, which was the perfect size. The house itself was amazing. Everything was new, clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great since it’s near the airport and near town. If you’re looking to go to Exuma, this is an amazing option.

Best vacation ever

Silver Beach house was beyond what we expected. The property is so beautiful with all the perfect touches to make your vacation a dream come true. The location is perfect and waking up to that view was spectacular. Esther was so helpful with everything and went above and beyond to help us when our daughter was sick. We are already looking to book again.

Great Stay at Silver Beach House

We were three couples on our annual friends trip to Exuma. We always stay on Tar Bay and loved everything about this home. It was perfect for our group size, had everything we needed. Esther was fabulous and very responsive. Will definitely stay again and could not recommend this house more. Pool was perfect to float in and Tar Bay is stunning, which is why we always go back. House is in the perfect central location. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Wonderful property right on the beach at Tar Bay! Swimming pool was amazing.! All the amenities inside and out side were great. Location was central on the island. Swimming the reef out behind the house was cool. Can’t wait to come back!

All we can say is wow! What an amazing vacation we had and we couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family. This home is spotless and has everything you could ever need! Esther was always available and so helpful answering any questions we may have had. The pool is stunning and just steps from a pristine beach. Plenty of pool inflatables and the kayaks and paddle boards were such a bonus. Thank you for an amazing stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for giving our family such a perfect place to spend time!

This home was perfect for 5 of us. We all had our own space and bathrooms plus plenty of indoor and outdoor common spaces to hang out together. The home was very clean and very well stocked. The owners thought of everything - from kitchen supplies, to games, beach towels and snorkel gear, to a Bluetooth speaker - we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The porch and view were amazing and the beach was nearly empty while we were there which made us feel like we had a private beach. The property manager was great and very responsive. Beautiful home and we would definitely come back to this one.

Property was more than I could have dreamed of. The views were breathtaking and exactly as pictured. House hostess was great and communication was great. The house had everything you need in it. Absolute perfection!

We had the best stay at Silver Beach! The house was perfect. The location was perfect. We didn’t want for a thing in this house! Everything we needed was already there. We swam in the pool, the beach, we cooked. It was the best trip! I have already shared the info for more than 10 friends that have seen our amazing pictures. Thank you for everything! Best island experience

We have been traveling around the world with our 3 children since they were little, including many island experience around the globe. My children now, 10, 16, and 18, said by far, this is the best vacation ever!! The details of the house is exquisite, the location is perfect right in between Georgetown, markets and the airport . The infinity pool over look the turquoise ocean water is stunning. Everything we need was in the house, from water activities equipments to living necessities and beyond. Absolutely amazing right from the start of booking to the ending of Check out. Thank you for sharing your stunning house with us!

Incredible!

This property is absolutely incredible. The photos don’t do it justice. This one of the best vacations we have had and the house was one of the biggest reasons. Incredibly clean, equipped with everything you would need including paddle boards & kayaks. We loved our mornings waking up and going out for a swim and paddle board right out the front door. It felt like we had our own private beach. We don’t normally travel back to the same place twice but we are already talking about our next trip here. You will not be disappointed!
