We had a WONDERFUL stay here. The property is so comfortable and homey. UBER's arrived on the 4th of July weekend on average of 10-15 minutes. The only small issue we experienced was the how water stopped working intermittently, causing issues with showering. Due to the holiday weekend, they couldn't get a plumber out, however they credited us 200, which was more than generous. We would absolutely stay here again.

We're sorry the hot water was intermittent during your visit and caused some shower trouble. A plumber has since serviced the water heater to help prevent this going forward. Stay for work

Stayed here with a colleague for a conference - it was perfect. Clean, well stocked with supplies and great location walking distance to convention center that we needed to go to.

Great experience in this lovely house

Stayed here with my wife and my baby for 4 nights. It is a lovely house with cozy furniture. They are new and clean. They also provide a lot of baby things, like play pen, a high chair, baby books, and toys. Our baby enjoyed staying here. Free street parking is available, and it is convenient to commute to the most famous scenic spots. The hosts are warm and helpful. Would stay here again.

One of our favorite VRBOs yet! Beautiful and full of character and charm!! Everything we needed was provided and ready for us to call this our home for the week! Myself, 2 daughters and my dad stayed here comfortably because my girls are young and we shared a bed. However the living room sofa appears to turn into a bed. My daughters loved all of the games available and the outdoor space is quaint and private. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host responded quickly anytime I had a question. We used Uber to quickly get around and used DoorDash and Instacart easily too. I highly recommend this property and will stay again when revisiting D.C.

Worked well for family spring break trip

Stayed here with wife and two kids for spring break. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed. We didn't have a car, so we walked and rode Metro everywhere. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and the close-by LeDroit market was very convenient for snacks, etc. Property manager was very help and quick to respond; they let us in a little bit early and mailed us a couple stuffed animals that my son accidently left.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed in this unit for 4 nights in early June. It is exactly as advertised. Super clean and very well appointed. The communication before and during was the best I’ve experienced. I was concerned about street parking but that was a non issue. We ended up taking Uber into town anyway. The neighborhood is diverse and safe. The unit itself is small but plenty for the 4 of us. I’d recommend this rental.

We had a lovely stay at Asem’s cute house. The house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay and to pack light/shop light - all condiments supplied. Luxury Bath products, towels, linen. Very comfortable beds. High end appliances. Games and books. Great courtyard where we BBQ’d a couple of times. 8 minute walk to train and bus stop to head downtown. 15 minute Uber ride. Asem was also very attentive and helpful when responding to questions I had about the area. We Felt safe in the neighbourhood which was also lined with nice houses, supermarket 10 minute walk, pizza and convenience store 5 minute walk. Highly recommend staying here.

Have been staying at VRBO’s exclusively the last 5 years both domestically and internationally and this was by far our best experience. Beautiful location, great neighborhood and easy to access public transportation. Host were fabulous.
