Nestled in a tranquil community, this residence is approximately a third of a mile from the beach and offers an outdoor pool, as well as a picturesque natural marsh area visible from the upstairs balcony.
Immerse yourself in a home adorned with numerous upgrades, including stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, tile showers, and updated decor and furnishings throughout. The master bedroom provides a luxurious retreat with a king bed and a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom accommodates two twin beds, and they share a well-appointed hall bathroom.

*Please note, this home is elevated, with parking on the ground level and one floor of living space. There is not an elevator at the property - the use of stairs is required. Parking Height Clearance: The tallest vehicle we can accommodate is 7 feet 2 inches. This clearance is available on the right side of the carport, which is the side closest to the steps. Please note that the left side of the carport is approximately one foot shorter and may not fit taller vehicles.
Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $3000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay.
