This was our second year staying at this house. We love it. The owners were attentive when we had concerns as well as when we lost internet due to a storm. If we return to Alligator Point, we will plan to stay here again!

Christmas Retreat

This is our second stay, this time staying for two weeks. The house was recently renovated and was amazing. The weather couldn't have been better and we had a wonderful holiday weekend. Thanks Karen!

Amazing

This was the best vacation we've ever been on. We loved the house and the private beach was incredible. The owner went above and beyond to give us updates on the hurricane that hit befire our stay and the one that was going to hit while there. We will be back!

Beautiful Beach House

This house one of the best ones in Alligator Point that we have stayed over the years. It is cute, cozy, spacious, welcoming, newly renovated and super close to the beach. Litteraly on the beach. I strongly recommend it.

Well Newded Rest

Everything was as it was listed. First place we stayed where great quality furniture was in the living room. Really liked the fact each bedroom has its own bathroom. Saw lots of wildlife, especially during low tide.

Very relaxing. Lots of wildlife. The sun porch is perfect for viewing the beach. The water is very dark, so not the best place for swimming.

Most relaxing Vacation ever!

The proximity to the ocean is amazing. The house was clean, perfect for our needs, and our contact was super friendly and helpful. We can't say enough nice things about this home. Seriously, this place is a perfect simple beach house to accommodate our little family of 6; we talked and talked and laughed! It was amazing! WE WILL BE BACK!

Fantastic home!

Beautiful home- exactly like the pictures! It was awesome to be mere steps from the Gulf and be able to walk the beach and pick up "treasures" multiple times each day. We saw dolphins playing and feeding at low tide, a shark, and daily "waves" from the sting rays. We didn't need it, but be aware that the third bedroom and bath is like a Casita across the carport with it's own locked entry. Fantastic place and we would love to return!

This was our second visit to alligator point. We love old school Florida! Relaxing slow vibe just pure raw Florida. A few excellent restaurants within 15 minute drive. We love fishing from the beach, daily walks on the beach, lots of wildlife to view every day. Even loved to watch a Florida thunderstorm roll across the ocean. Perfect little house on the beach for a break from life’s hectic pace and enjoy it with our son and his girlfriend who could pop down from Tallahassee for a few days.

Sweet beach cottage. Loved walking out on beach with coffee in hand to watch the sunrise. Seashells, sea glass and pelicans everywhere. Loved it
