Coral Lagoon Villa 5 With Pool and Wet Slip Rental Option

The Coral Lagoon's villa 5 features the classic beach cottage atmosphere with only the most lavish of Florida Keys' furnishings. Three bedrooms provide your group with the comfort and privacy necessary to be engulfed by the Keys' Disease. A spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and private balcony overlooking the ocean's waters bring together the finest points of your getaway. Need a boat slip? We've got you covered! Marina dockage for a boat up to 40' can be reserved at a nightly rate of $75.00 plus tax. Contact us to check availability for the time frame you're requesting. Use of the launch ramp and trailer storage can be reserved with the onsite Boat House Marina. The launch ramp closes at 4:30 PM and the marina at 5 PM. You don’t need to wait for your Villa to be ready to utilize marina services; slips are available any time after 11 AM on the day of your arrival. Valet trailer service is available for a small fee. The trailer storage fee for Coral Lagoon renters is $30 dollars a day ($60 dollars if your vessel is stored overnight on the trailer). The ramp fee for Coral Lagoon renters is $15 dollars per one-way use of the ramp.




The Homeowner's Association and Boat House Marina require your boat to be additionally insured during your stay at Coral Lagoon. Please contact us for a template to send to your insurance agent. In addition, you are required to complete the Boat Owner Information Form. Once the Boat Owner Information Form is complete, the dockmaster will generate a PandaDoc lease for electronic signature. Once the lease is fully executed, the lessee and the Village owner will get an electronic lease copy. All leases are subject to a review fee of $50.00 per stay.
