The luminous apartment inside a historic building features two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed, and a spacious king-size sofa bed to sleep up to 6. The bedrooms have blackout shades when you want to sleep late and high-quality bedding to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

The dining table accommodates up to 6 people, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Additionally, there's a coffee station with a Nespresso coffee maker and an electric kettle for a variety of teas to kickstart your mornings. There’s a super cute balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your coffee in the fresh morning air.

Should you wish to take a break during the day before exploring the city, you'll find a 75-inch TV and BOSE sound system for enjoying your favorite series or movies. For extended stays over one week, complimentary laundry facilities are available on the premises. There's also a desk for a nice laptop workspace if you need to do some work.

The apartment is located in the heart of Roma-Condesa, making it easy to explore the surrounding area with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and parks nearby! Everything you need is just a few steps away, no matter if you come alone, as a couple, with friends, family or kids, you will find options for every kind of trip!

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 12 km or 7.5 miles away. There is no parking on the premises, but there are multiple parking options in front and on the next street.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For long-term stays (21 nights or over), it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Please note that for reservations lasting more than 3 weeks, a cleaning session will be required during the second week. Additionally, for longer stays, a minimum of one cleaning per month must be scheduled.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.

This is a self-check-in unit using a door code. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
