Nestled just 4 houses away from the picturesque Dallas Road pathway and beach, this historic gem offers a blend of modern comfort and timeless character. Embrace the tranquility of its serene street location, yet relish the convenience of being minutes from Beacon Hill Park and a leisurely stroll to Cook Street Village.
Discover the allure of oceanfront promenades along Dallas Road, venture to Ogden Point, or explore Fisherman's Wharf - all within easy reach. The parliament buildings and downtown bustle are a mere 5 min drive away.
Inside, the main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, perfect for culinary endeavors. Gather around the cozy fireplace in the open-concept living and dining area, complete with seating for four and additional bar stools at the kitchen island.
