Sandpiper Beach Condos is a 27-unit, secluded Gulf-front property that is tucked away on Sanibel Island beneath swaying palms. With amenities such as a large, heated pool with outdoor shower and changing/bathrooms, community gas grills and picnic area, tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard courts, and covered dedicated parking, Sandpiper Beach has it all. Thirteen acres of forest and mangroves surround this lovely community offering tranquility in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The new dune walk takes you from the pool sundeck directly onto the wide private beach. The all new ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Twin beds and a smart TV in the guest room are perfect for family or additional guests. Just outside the guest room is the 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a separate closet with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Additional amenities at unit #403: Smart TVs with cable also provided means you can watch nearly anything your heart desires, dedicated high speed internet, community shell washing station and beach wash-off area; and covered parking for 1 vehicle (there is uncovered parking for 1 additional vehicle).
Beach equipment for guests’ use includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella & wagon, stored in a private closet on the ground floor parking level.
