¡Nuestro hermoso condominio que está justo en las playas de Playa del Carmen habla por sí mismo! Muy bien amueblado y decorado con una vista al mar desde su puerta, simplemente no hay nada mejor. El patio junto a la piscina que da a la piscina es un gran lugar para relajarse después de una comida o simplemente para sentarse y disfrutar. ¡Solo unos pocos pasos y puedes estar parado en la suave arena de la playa con el océano a tus pies! Al estar ubicado en el corazón de Playa del Carmen, tendrá a poca distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes, pubs, vida nocturna y el más popular de todos, las tiendas de fama mundial de la 5ta Avenida. Todas sus necesidades básicas pueden satisfacerse a corta distancia, incluidos los comestibles y los suministros que pueda desear. Hay muchas opciones en la zona para excursiones de un día, como pesca en alta mar, visitas a lugares como las Ruinas de Tulum, excursiones en catamarán y los parques temáticos de Excaret. y Xel-ha. Best pool and beach access. Located in the heart of the action 🎬! Awesome condo with the pool right out the patio door. Will definitely come back!

Perfect Spot in Playa Del Carmen

This place is in an ideal location to enjoy and experience Playa Del Carmen. The location makes everything convenient - Excellent fresh baked baguette sandwiches next door, convenience store, taxis and tacos Al Pastor only steps away, 5th avenue right around the corner plus pool and beach right out the sliding door! Could not be better!!!

We enjoyed our stay, very nice property and close to all that we wanted, very easy to get around and simple check in and check out. Nice new washers and dryers and helpful front desk! Very secure. The bed was a bit hard for us, but the housekeeping was an unexpected treat, thank you Graham, you were very helpful, we greatly appreciate it!

Wonderful location with a spacious condo

The check in was very easy and quick with Silvia coming over to help out and explain everything to us. The condo is clean and well equipped. It's a real plus to have two bathrooms. You're close to everything on 5th Ave and only a 10 minute walk to Walmart. Being on the ground floor is very convenient as the swimming pool is just steps away. El Faro is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Dealing with Graham for the booking was easy and he always responded very quickly to all our emailed questions. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend this condo!

Great location!!

My husband and I celebrated my birthday and our anniversary. It was our first time staying in Playa del Carmen. Everything is within walking distance! From food, shopping, the ferry to Cozumel. The condo itself is a bit outdated and needs some attention in the master bathroom, but overall we are very happy with our stay. Unfortunately the clubs can be pretty loud at night and the seaweed was really bad! If you don’t mind those things then I would recommend staying there. Graham was an excellent host! He is very attentive and responded to all my questions in a timely manner.

Great Stay at El Faro!

We just completed a week stay at El Faro Surf 101. To begin, we have been coming to Playa Del Carmen for a number of years, but this was our first time at El Faro. The best yet! Our condo was everything we could have expected and the photos actually depicted what we received. Condo was in perfect condition, well equipped and comfortable furniture. The first floor walkout unit was perfect; steps to the beach and pool. The patio was a great place to sit and just enjoy the weather, a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The owner was extremely easy to work with and responds to inquiries immediately. The staff at El Faro was amazing. Although we had no issues with the unit, they stopped by to check periodically and insure we had everything we needed. Jessica, the front desk receptionist was especially helpful, with directions, locating a misplaced item we inadvertently left poolside and just cheerfully greeting us each morning with "wow" service. The complex has 24 hour security although we never saw or experienced any situations requiring it. The last morning, they even stopped by our unit as I was sitting on the patio to say goodbye and wish us safe travels. The grounds and pool are extremely well maintained. As far as Playa Del Carmen is concerned, it is our favorite place to go in Mexico to get away from our cold Minnesota weather. The people are great, the restaurants excellent and 5th Avenue, the Main Street, is always exciting and has something to offer everyone. If you are considering this unit, you can be assured it is as good or better than the photos depict and if it is your first trip to Playa Del Carmen you will return.

Great condo close to everything

The condo was great for a town stay instead of the big AI resorts. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants and right on the beach. The restaurant next door Zenzi even had 2 for 1 happy hour. The whole stretch of beach around the town had eroded and not too much is left, but the beach in front of the El Faro is really nice and quiet. Playa was very busy for end of September, however the complex was pretty quiet, lots of pool chairs. The only negative would be the noise from the nightclubs, if you go to bed early, you won’t be getting much sleep until 1:00 am unless you wear earplugs.

Fantastic Property in PDC

My wife and I love this property having spent 3 weeks there recently. The beach front / central location means it's easy walking distance to everything PDC has to offer (restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, Cozumel ferry, snorkeling, scuba shops, etc.). Property is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable with a serviceable kitchen. The one bedroom is just right for two people, and we loved the ground floor location with access to a VERY large pool for this sized property. Very quiet place during the day, so if you want to leave USA / Canada clown-world behind for a beach-side getaway; but want to avoid the all-inclusive's, this is your place. The solid concrete construction offers a reasonably quiet night too (despite the central location) with minimal bass-boom noise from the clubs. Didn't affect our sleep at all. Thanks to Sylvia (condo manager) and Kareen (property / front desk manager) who made our stay comfortable and hassle free with an ever present smile! Special thanks as well to Maria at the massage palapa! Her deep tissue massage is THE BEST we've had in many years...so we each had three massages during the course of our stay :) Special thanks as well to all the security on the property and to our housekeeping service (fantastic job all-around!). My wife and I highly recommend this property as there's something for everyone here or very nearby. PS: if you're into scuba, check out DiveMike two blocks away on 6th Street. Candy, Jorge, Carlos, and Pia offer wonderful, personal service P & K

I had the best experience w the management, I had to change the units , and I had been helped out in a very short time , and all my requests had been adress I had been staying in that property couple times now and always having a good time and will be coming back and suggest El Faro to the other ppl who will be traveling to that area

Nice property, excellent staff

We stayed over spring break 2018. The owner was extremely helpful with all our questions and assisted with pre trip arrangements. Once we arrived Silvia was there to make everything perfect. The room was perfect. We had a mishap and Silvia was on it immediately the following day. We never figured out the tv but didn't miss it. Having a first floor room near the pool was great. The pool was comfortable and clean every day. The security guard was kind and helpful when we had questions. Unfortunately the beach was in poor condition and the water was too. A rare influx of weeds kept it very smelly and unusable directly in front of the property. We slept with our windows closed on the first floor and slept well. We had friends on the upper floors that struggled to sleep from the extremely loud club music from a property next door. Thumping music 'til almost 4am nightly wasn't appreciated. We took four trips to Cozumel to visit a friend living there. The close proximity to the ferry was a huge plus for us. The walk was easy by beach or street. Overall we had an excellent experience at this property. The people made the difference. They were wonderful to work with and made our trip enjoyable.

Perfect location in PDC!

Perfect location! Beautiful beach & Beautiful blue water right out your door! Big pool but freezing! Around the clock security! Hugo at front desk helped us with everything we needed!! Walking distance to Everything!! This unit was clean, modern & comfortable! Full kitchen for cooking! (we were 2 adults & 2 kids-) Massage ladies work a booth at the pool daily. Best yoga in PDC only 2 blocks away, Yogaloft!! Located next to a great beach bar that had fun live band every night, Zenzi. We would definitely book this unit again!!!!
