Fabulous location

We were right across from the beach. The place had everything you would need for the beach. Very comfortable and walkable to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Location

Perfect location right across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui. Great accomodations with all the stuff you need for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, cooler, snorkel gear, umbrella, etc.).

Great location in Kihei. New renovations are really nice. Great pool and ocean view. We had a relaxing stay on this our second stay in this unit. We will stay here again

Nice condo near the beach

Great condo right across the beach and within 10 min walk to shops, food, etc… Excellent for 2, we were traveling with our 13 yr old son, it was a bit tight for 3 if you’re looking for more space and privacy. Overall had a great vacation on Maui in Kihei. Mahalo

Just what we needed

I appreciated the prompt and open communication. Check-in was seamless, which was great after a long flight and late night. Our unit was clean, the beds (incl sofa bed) very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We loved the in suite laundry as well.

Great Condo

What a lovely condo, great location in Kihei with easy walk to all your needs. The description and photos are very accurate with a bonus larger TV than what is pictured and a nice upgrade to walk in and find. Communication was very prompt and had no issues with all our needs. Thank you for the lovely accommodations for our 2 week stay in Kihei. We hope to be back and would truly book this unit again.

Great A/C condo in Kihei

We had a great stay at this condo. It was close to so many beaches, a supermarket, and restaurants/ food trucks. The owner has everything you can think of. It was nice to have things like a cooler bag, beach umbrella, etc available instead of having to bring or rent these items. I would recommend this property!

Great Kihei Location!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights during our honeymoon and had a great experience. The unit was only a short walk from groceries and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from Maui Brewing. There’s also an “island briefing” held by one of the travel booking companies on weekday mornings- no pressure, and a good way to hear about a few good restaurants in the area (we liked Three’s). Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reasonably priced location with ocean views in that area!

Beautiful clean unit

This was a recently remodeled unit that included everything that you needed. It had beach chairs, a blender, snorkels, umbrella and a cooler. The unit was clean. Even though it was on the third floor, it had elevator access. Pool was close. Beach was a little farther than we expected. We enjoyed the view from the lanai.

Great Condo! Great location!

This Condo is equipped with everything you need for beach days or just hanging by the pool. We also took advantage of the stocked kitchen. The location is in walking distance or a short drive to many great restaurants, beautiful beaches and a park. Jon was a great host and was accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay and will definitely return. Mahalo

Fantastic South Maui Condo

We just had the most enjoyable stay here. The Condo is as described ,you can tell the owner takes pride in keeping it updated. We found the property to be clean, quiet and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast on the water view patio and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The grounds are well kept and secure, the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. The King size bed was very comfortable, it truly was a perfect condo for the 2 of us. We can't wait to come back, highly recommend!

Overall, nice place to stay. Updated condo had the amenities we wanted. Quiet neighbors, close to the beach and restaurants as well as a great local grocery store. The only surprise was the construction crane. While this was noted in a picture in the listing, the crane was much closer than the picture seems to indicate.

Great place

One of the blankets I used did have some sand on it but I threw it in the wash so it wasn’t a big deal. Home was in a good location with great amenities, it made me feel at home! I’d definitely recommend this condo to a friend.

Felt like home

First of all, this condo had everything we could possibly need to enjoy the beach, including umbrella, and packable beach chairs, Access to the beach via crosswalk in front of the condo complex was at most five minutes. A comfortable king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable balcony with a power retractable awning, made it perfect home base. Even though there was air-conditioning, we never used it because of the ceiling fans and excellent cross ventilation. Another thing that we really appreciated was the modern laundry facilities, with included detergent. You don’t need to pack very much when you can so easily do your laundry. I would love to stay here again.

comfortable stay

We enjoyed our time here, the king bed was perfect and comfortable for parents and kids slept well on the pull out couch. Host was very responsive to messages and questions. Lots of time in the pool and Charles Young beach with day trips. kitchen fully stocked only thing that may be helpful is saran wrap and ziploc bags. Used the washing machine and dishwasher to ease the chores from meals. The suite was really quiet, the complex had a good mix of ages and did not feel too busy. Thanks for having us

Checked a whole lot of boxes!

This property is in a great location close to Charlie Young beach, restaurants, bars, has a great view, and is appointed with everything you’d need for a very enjoyable holiday. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking much but appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs! During our time in Maui it was a bit warmer than normal and we found the air conditioning and floor fan wasn’t great at keeping the bedroom cool (we didn’t want to run the a/c too much). Would be better and more efficient if there was a stand alone a/c in the bedroom. We certainly would consider staying again!

Renovated, Clean, Great Location, Well Stocked Unit

We stayed in this condo for 15 nights. The condo has been recently renovated and was very clean, The bedroom was spacious with a king size bed. The condo was also fully stocked. It had all new pots, pans and cutlery, a good sharp knife set, glasses, mugs, plates, etc, even a blender for Margaritas, drip coffee maker, and a washer and dryer right in the condo. In the closet there was a small room with tons of beach accessories: boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, baby float ring, baby beach toys. The kitchen/dining/living area is a comfortable size with a new hide a bed sofa which our boys said was very comfortable. The condo is located within a 5 min walk to Kamaole 1 beach, which is a very nice beach. The resort area is well maintained with 3 BBQ areas, 3 pools and 6 tennis courts you can use. Owner is very accommodating.

The condo is exactly what we needed. It was extremely convenient to beach and very comfy decor.

We are totally satisfied with our choice for Maui. The updates in this condo are very attractive and useful. The kitchen has any cooking utensil, pot, skillet, dish, cup, bowl, glass, or gadget you could need for dining in. The microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher are superb. The kingsize bed was extremely supportive for a great night’s sleep. Well stocked linens and a closet full of typical beach vacation amenities for adults and kids. 4 beach chairs as well as several beachmats and a pack n play with sheets. The furniture is very comfortable and clean. The balcony had a great high top table and chairs with 2 large umbrellas attached to the railing. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. The washer and dryer are medium sized but very adequate for our needs. The owner is easily accessible by phone or text. Jon was very supportive. Regards, StationLady
