Great for families

Wonderful experience again-great big house with lots of space in a great location...wonderful supplies of bikes and beach toys to use. Would absolutely rent again but hoping owners will provide updated deck furniture on mid deck and screened porch—the exterior could use TLC especially the railings on the mid deck and upper deck...also recommend replacing grill with something bigger and gas.

Thank you for your review Siobhan! We are in the process of repainting the railings, but unfortunately didn't have time to complete the project before our first renters. The grill is the one provided by the island. We have not looked into the permits required for a gas grill at this time but I do know it would have to be in ground out by the road. I will check on the porch furniture when we close up for the season. Thanks again for staying with us!

Beauregard wedding

The property is great and only a short walk to the ocean. The view from the roof top is amazing and a great way to start your morning with a great cup of brew and a beautiful view. The host’s were very kind and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back.

Just what we(you) need

We had an absolute delightful time at Sunset Beach. Much of our enjoyment came from the experience we had with this home. The layout was perfect for our multifamily visit. The kids had plenty of room to play and ample toys to keep them busy on the beach. The location made it possible for us to be able to pop down to the beach for a quick play session before heading back for snacks or meals. The owners were there for our every need and responses were quicker than any that I have ever experienced. Half way through our trip we were already looking at the availability for next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect distance to beach

Perfect for visiting the beach! Easy walk back to the house for meals, naps, etc. The bedroom situation worked great for grandma/grandpa, two couples and 5 grandsons. Enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch!!

Outstanding is an understatement! Our family enjoyed spending time in this spacious home. The kitchen was well equipped and had more than enough of everything. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our family was so thankful to have everything needed for the beach. The property owner was most helpful in answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Our vacation at this home was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing Stay!

We had a great week! The house was perfect for our family of 10. Lots of room for sleeping, eating and getting ready for the beach! We loved the the outdoor showers and room under the house for coming off of the beach after our very long days of being in the water and playing every sport imaginable on the beach! The owners were very helpful and kind. We can’t wait to book our next week here!

Perfect house for our family!

This large and well-furnished house was perfect for our family of 11 during our week at the beach. It has many features not commonly available in houses we have stayed in at this beach including the availability of three bikes, four outdoor showers, and large kitchen counter space. The owner was very responsive to emails when I requested information prior to our arrival. While on the third row, there is a nearby beach access path making it easy to get to the beach. After nearly 20 years vacationing at Sunset Beach, this is our favorite house.

Wonderful house!

This is a lovely home. It has plenty of beds and is very clean. The kitchen is huge with lots of counter space. It is also a very short walk to the beach.

Wonderful Beach House!

Had a family trip with a group of 13 people to celebrate my mom's 70th b-day. The house was just perfect! Plenty of space. Comfortable. Well-maintained, well-decorated, well-stocked. Great location, easy beach access, nice crows nest and wonderful screen porch. The kitchen was spaicous and seated 15 comfortable including 8 at a large table and 7 comfortable bar stools. Screen porch comfortably seated at least 10 for evening games, morning coffee, etc. Hallways wide, bedrooms large, plenty of space. Clean, attractive, etc. Loved this house and would definitely love to rent this property again!

Fantastic family home away from home!!!

Great communication from the home owner, very prompt. This cute and cozy beach house was perfect for our multi-family getaway. It was spacious and clean. It was well stocked. The location was superb, only a very short walk to the beach. We love the over charm and character of house, The outdoor showers were a plus for washing sand off the little ones. The rooftop deck and the screened in patio was the favorite hang out spots. There was plenty of space for our large party. We are already planning a return trip! We would highly recommend this property.
