Welcome to our spacious five-bedroom retreat in Monument, CO! Perfect for families or groups, our home accommodates up to 12 guests with a king bed, three queen beds, and four single beds. With three bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, enjoy modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of living space. Ideal for exploring Colorado or just relaxing in comfort. We look forward to hosting you!
The Space:
Experience the healing aroma of Ponderosa pines on a private 3 acres close to the Airforce Academy and the New Ford Amphitheater. Our spacious five-bedroom house offers a serene retreat perfect for families and groups. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, bedside lamps, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has four twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. The remaining three bedrooms each have a queen bed, bedside lamps, and closets. With a total of three bathrooms, everyone will have ample space and privacy.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes all cookware essentials and a full spice rack, perfect for honing your BBQ skills. Gather in the great room around the oversized table to share a family meal. The living room offers a spacious area with ample seating and a 75-inch Smart TV for entertainment. Additionally, there's a family area with seating, a 60-inch Smart TV, and an arcade game. Stay connected with up to 70 Mbps Wi-Fi, and enjoy the comfort of portable AC and heating.
We provide all towels and soaps in the full bathrooms, and for your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer along with an ironing station. Step outside to our patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining for 13, or make S'MORE memories around the campfire and relax in the hammock. With up to seven parking spaces available in the garage and driveway, parking is hassle-free.
Sleep with the windows open and listen to the wind in the trees. Immerse yourself in nature mindfully and feel rejuvenated, or for those in your group who prefer indoor relaxation, sit back and watch the 75-inch TV. Our home is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty.
Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
NO SMOKING inside.
- Please be advised that open fires are strictly prohibited at this time, as the county is currently under a burn restriction.
For everyone’s safety and to comply with county regulations, no open flames or campfires are allowed until further notice.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
We do have a portable AC unit that can be installed in the summer months.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
