Welcome to La Vida Loca! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat features a private saltwater pool, creating an inviting oasis for those seeking relaxation and style in a luxurious Floridian setting.

The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, offering a king-size bed, a TV for winding down, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and an indulgent soaking tub – a true escape for unwinding at the end of the day. Overlooking the glistening pool, the fully-equipped kitchen inspires culinary creations, with a nearby dining area ready for family meals or cozy gatherings. The spacious living room, with ample seating, is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions.

Guests will also enjoy the second bedroom, which features a plush queen-size bed, while the third bedroom brings an element of fun with its full-sized bunk bed setup, ideal for kids or additional guests. The second bathroom, conveniently located between these two rooms, includes a shower/tub combination to accommodate everyone's needs.
In addition to your private retreat, La Vida Loca is just a short, scenic drive from several stunning Gulf Coast beaches where the warm Gulf waters and soft sands await. This home combines the best of relaxation and proximity to some of Florida's most beloved beach destinations, ensuring a memorable getaway for everyone.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through Vrbo. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

Nice place , heated pool, far from shops and restaurants

Need car to get around, love it , only thing bring your pillows not confi, plus kitchen knives have to be changed some rusted , but over all very nice place

Good place to go

Great place to stay but the only down side is it's on a well and the water was a little smelly on our stay.

Had to Evacuate

As we had to evacuate from our home due to Hurricane Milton, this property, I believe built in 2018, was a good shelter. Before and after the storm, we were able to enjoy the home. During the storm, the house was solid. We heard some wind, especially when the back of the eye wall blew through at over 100 mph. We were very pleased with our choice to stay there.

Property Manager Nightmare

This place looked nice, but there were problems. We got a call while we were en route to tell us that we would need to let iin the dishwasher repairman on day 4 of our stay. We hung around that morning to do just that, because we wanted a functioning dishwasher. Meanwhile, we noticed the pool was cold, and figured out that the filter and pump were not working, so no heat, and lots of bugs and stuff floating around. We called and texted the property manager over a dozen times and got told that we were wrong, and the pool was fine, and then they wanted to see photos of the filter system not running. It's very hard to show something not running. We were there for 6 days, and a repair person was never sent out. The pool cleaning company was more helpful when he came for a regular cleaning on the 5th day. He added some chemicals to ensure safe swimming. We still weren't thrilled with the dead bugs and stuff. We paid extra to heat the pool, and we are still waiting for a credit for that. The property manager is still putting us off.
