Handily located on Cullen St, this holiday home has rural views from a large, sunny, north-facing deck. The 3-bedrooom, 2.5 bathroom house plus separate bunk room has great indoor and outdoor living spaces and is only a short drive from everything Mangawhai has to offer. The house is well-appointed and provides easy living and is great for a couple of families to holiday together. Relax on the deck with something cold in your hand whilst enjoying the sun and views.
Cullen St is a quiet cul-de sac and it is a relatively easy 15-20 minute walk to the Estuary or a short drive to the popular surf beach. All living is on the ground floor with great indoor/outdoor flow onto the large deck. For entertainment there is unlimited wifi, a Bluetooth speaker, a SMART TV in the living area (bring your own App logins), a TV with DVD player and DVD collection in the bunk room, books and board games.
With a heat pump in the Downstairs Living and a small portable heater in the bunk room it is set up for your comfort all year round. There is also a coffee machine, just bring your own filter coffee and a Weber BBQ so you can cook alfresco whilst enjoying the view.
Out front there is plenty of off-road parking on a flat driveway.
It is a perfect spot for 1-2 families or small groups of mature couples to relax and make the most of everything Mangawhai has to offer.
Notes:

There is no internal access from the Bunk Room to the Main house but it is a short, covered walk across the deck as shown in the photos.
The Singles beds and bunks are all King Singles.
A new subdivision is being developed adjacent to this property and so during the week there may be some noise from machinery and equipment as they do the Earthworks and put in services to establish the subdivision.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
