It is also conveniently located with easy access to the elevators and has new tile flooring throughout, upgraded shower in Master bath, as well as new furnishings and decor. The unit offers granite counter tops, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and kitchen sink, new washer and dryer, a sleeper sectional, and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms including bunkroom. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs as well as 2 loungers to enjoy breakfast or the view of the beautiful beach. The Master Bedroom is gulf-front with balcony access and has a private bath with jetted whirlpool tub and shower with new tile/fixtures. The unit has an advanced electronic locking system, so no key exchange is required.
The Lighthouse complex is conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores and is an easy walk to The Hangout and other restaurants and shopping. It rises 20 stories above the white sand beach and has direct Gulf-front views. There are two large outdoor pools, one with zero entry. There are also two hot tubs, an exercise room with lockers, sauna, and an indoor heated pool for your enjoyment. The beach and pools have bathrooms that are conveniently located. The Lighthouse also offers BBQ grills, picnic areas, and covered parking.
Parking passes for the Lighthouse are required and can be purchased from the security gate or the association office located on the 2nd floor. ONLY 2 passes/per unit are allowed. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. *No smoking and no pets*
