This remodeled property is a vacationer’s delight! No expense was spared from the floors to the ceiling in making this jewel an oceanfront home away from home. Top floor units provide volume ceilings and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean!! You will find yourself on the beach in just a few steps.

This highly desirable floor plan features a sliding door off the Master Bedroom for star gazing and sunrises over the ocean. A brand-new King Bed and mattress with a HD Flat Screen TV. The enormous Master Bath has a whirlpool tub, step-in shower and dual vanities for him and her.

The 2nd queen bedroom and 3rd bedroom with two twin beds, entertain with HD Flat Screens and Roku TV! The 2nd full bath is just across the hall from each bedroom.

The chef's kitchen with 42" cabinets and granite throughout do not disappoint! All stainless appliances are brand new ready to cook up the days feast.

The view was spectacular, it changes everything to wake up and go to sleep with an ocean view. The only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable. We had to take the pillow toppers off of the bed because there was no support and you completely sunk in. We would totally stay here again though. Great property.

I took my teenage daughters and two of their friends for a girls trip. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed to make our stay great.

Perfectly updated

This was one of the nicest VRBO properties in which we have ever stayed. Its clean and uodated and very well decorated- even decorated for Easter! We have been to Cinnamon Beach and Hammock Dunes at least five times. Being on the top floor was clutch and if you don’t splurge or need a house on the beach, this property should be your choice. The ocean has a lot of rocks which you see during low tide. You find out the hard way if you don't know that they are there but since we have been several times we were aware. The local authorities really need to do something about that. It could literally kill someone. One note to the owner: the shower head in the master bathroom sucks. We all used the smaller bathroom to shower (4 of us), which was highly inconvenient but I didnt ding my rating over it.

Beautiful condo, beach, and memories

This property is amazing!! The location is perfect and the condo had everything we needed to have a comfortable, fun, and worry free vacation!! The decor is beautiful and the beds are so comfortable!! We loved waking up to see the ocean/beach. The listing description is spot on!! We will be back asap!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time! The rental was beautiful, one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed! The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The resort was very well maintained and the kids just loved the pool. The rocks were a little hard to get used to as we are from NC and our beaches don’t really have those. We only wished we could stay longer because four days wasn’t enough! The kitchen could use a little bit more in terms of general use things. My husband is an avid coffee drinker and the only thing available was a Keurig. We would have brought our drip maker if we had known. We have small children and would have been a little less nervous if there were more kid-friendly tableware options. But I did go and get paper products and plastic cups so it was all good! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Clean, beautiful, spacious, condo. Equipped with everything we could possibly need. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Felt like home- but with an ocean view. Private beach, pristine, lush, and un-crowded! Neighborhood is beautiful too, great people, clubhouse restaurant great selection, pools are gorgeous. The residents are welcoming and kind. I want to move there!

Nice getaway

The condo was perfect for us with 3 rooms and clean. The zero entry pool with splash pad was great for the kids and where we spent a lot of our time. The rocks along the shore made for a not so swim friendly beach for us, but we enjoyed watching the fish swim around. The beach was perfect for evening play for the kids. There's not much to do in the area aside from pool and beach, but for this vacation that's exactly what I was looking for!

Week at Cinnamon Beach

Condo was very tastefully decorated and nice furnishings. Keurig machine did not work and neither did the fan on the balcony. Other than that we had no problems and enjoyed the week.

5 Star except for misleading feature in Master Bath & lack of communication with Property Manager

The condo was fantastic, extremely clean, beautifully decorated as confirmed by the photos and an amazing balcony with sunrise views. The condo came equipped with everything you could possibly need, even beach towels, a beach umbrella, one beach chair and a couple of boogie boards and noodle, which was a surprise to me as we were going to rent some of these items. All of the appliances in the kitchen were very high end, even the garbage can, if you want to call it that! The reason I rated the accuracy of the listing and communication with the Property Management as a "2" is as follows: The description of the property stated that the Master Bath had a whirlpool tub and this was not the case. Yes, the brand name on the plate read Jacuzzi/Whirlpool, however it was NOT A JETTED TUB. I think most people would agree that Whirlpool or Jacuzzi generally denotes a jetted tub. It was a large SOAKING tub and should have been stated as such in the description. Many of the other properties listed their Tubs as soakers. This may not be an important feature for some people but this was one of the main reasons we rented this Condo and we were terribly disappointed when we arrived. The description on the property needs to be updated to reflect soaker tub not Whirlpool or Jacuzzi. The other issue was with Cinnamon Beach Vacations, the Property Manager. Everything flowed very smoothly with the process of booking with them including the contract and initial e-mail I sent 4 months prior with a few questions, specifically about the Tub as the pictures looked like this was not a jetted tub , but I thought perhaps the images were outdated. They replied within 4 hours (amazing) and answered only some of my questions and stated they would get back with me about the tub and some other things. They never replied. I sent 2 more follow up emails a few weeks before we left but they never replied. When I arrived at the unit I sent another email via the app they supplied stating my disappointment with the description of the so called Whirlpool/Jacuzzi tub and, again, no response. The Condo was amazing in all respects, however, due to the lack of communication with Cinnamon Beach Vacations, once they had your money, I would be hesitant to book another property thru them.
