Amazing House and Location

We had an incredible stay! House is perfect and just a short walk from the beach access. We had 4 adult couples and the house had more than enough space for all of us! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This property is in a great location! Our family loved this vacation rental! This house has large rooms and lots of space for families to gather and hang out. More outdoor furniture would have been a great addition, but overall a great vacation rental!

Family vacation 2025

Great trip! This was our 3rd stay at the same beach house. We had a few issues but Paradise Properties handled every situation with great speed and efficiency. I highly recommend using Paradise Properties to help you book your next beach trip!

BEST Vacation EVER!

Hands down the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in! Perfect for our family of 10. The house was immaculate and such an easy walk to beach 🏖. We are already planning our beach trip 2024 and we’re hoping this house will be available.

Great House with close Beach Access

The house was beautiful the bed setup with all king beds a great for our family. Plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. Access to the beach is very close and easy. Cons as other have mentioned is the house is one block off Hwy98 so you do hear the traffic noise when trying to sleep. All bedrooms need black out curtains as it bright at 5:30am in the morning. And the house REALLY needs a grill area that you can relax around - it has (2) very small grills that are located in an extremely small area on the side of the house. The only person that can fit would be the person grilling. But we enjoyed our trip and having such close access to the beach.

Great location

The house was as described. Great location. Walking distance to beach. Wonderful restaurants close by. Everything was great except the upstairs bed definitely needs a new mattress.

Home away from home

The home was exactly like what was pictured. It was able to accommodate our entire family of 7 with enough beds and baths. When we had an issue we were able to contact management quickly.

Best!

First of all, the rental agency is extremely professional and attentive to any question we had. The home was well cleaned for our arrival. The home is just a minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped (we did buy needed pot holders). Great stay and great location.

Excellent, would highly recommend

Amazing property just a few minutes walk to beautiful 30A beach. Clean, comfortable, and with amazing views of the ocean, sunset, and sunrise. Close to the local hotspots of Rosemary and Seaside Beach shopping and restaurants or a short drive to the more tourist hotspots of Panama City Beach. Don't miss out on this home which is family friendly and has an elevator if walking up stairs is difficult.

Family Vacation

This was a great house for us to stay at with our in-laws. The floor plan worked perfectly. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom and the king suite upstairs was an added bonus. Some of the bedding needed laundered upon arrival but the management company was quick to arrive with replacements. It would be great with the balconies could have a little extra furniture for the amount of people that the house holds. The pool and beach access were great. Overall, we would stay again!

Highly recommend this house

The house was clean and accommodated all of us. I would recommend the owner to get a gas grill. It’s hard grilling for 10-12 people on a charcoal grill. We like to grill and cook when at the beach. We would highly recommend this house. It was close to the beach and walking distance to Rosemary

Good experience @ Pompano Palace

The stay we had was excellent - our house was clean, new amenities, pool was nice as well. A suggestion our vacationers mentioned was more furniture on the 3rd floor. The 4 seated high top table was nice but another one or other similar furniture would be a nice added touch. Also, more seating furniture on the 2nd floor as well. Thank you and we would stay at this location again.

Relaxing Vacation at Inlet beach

I highly recommend Pompano Palace. We had such a great time. The house is a short walk to the beach access, and is very comfortable. We had plenty of room for several large family dinners and then we could do a 3D puzzle at the table. The house is nicely furnished and has plenty of parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Just watch the trash pick up days the Garbage didn't run Friday morning. Excellent time!

Above Average

Convenient walk to beach and we were the only ones using the neighborhood pool. Parking is tight for more than 2 vehicles and if you cook know the knives need sharpening and they have a small, medium and giant pot so a large handled pot would be helpful. We had plenty of room for our multigenerational family of 11.

Great stay

We love this location. House was clean and stocked with necessities. Currently, there is construction in the cul de sac at Pompano Pl. it was not too distracting and we had the pool to ourselves. My only complaint would be that some of the furniture in the dining and living area was a bit worn and the w/d combo is small and there’s no trash can in the laundry. Overall, great vacation! The layout of the house is good for multiple families.
