Location:
The location is the best part of this studio for rent. Located on 11th and Ogden you can walk to downtown (only 3/4 of a mile) with ease. Even closer are some of locals favorite spots: Newport Market Grocery Store, Backporch Coffee Roasters Spork, Chow, Kanpai Sushi, 10 Barrel, and Brother Jon's to name a few. T
Studio:
The studio comes equipped with a Casper queen sized mattress, and cotton sheets. The heating and air conditioning mean you will always sleep in absolute comfort.
The indoor seating for two with dinnerware for four mean you can enjoy sitting at home and enjoy dinner. There is not a sofa or TV, so this is not the right choice for people who want to spend a lot of time hanging out indoors. There is no stove, so not the right choice for people who want to do a lot of cooking.
An outdoor bistro table for two will let you enjoy the gorgeous Bend weather. Two togo coffee cups will let you walk around the Westside neighborhood while enjoying coffee from the Krups coffee maker and Capresso burr grinder. A toaster and minifridge with undermount sink. The Caesarstone Quart countertop is another example of the high quality finish work.
Storage & Parking:
There is no reserved parking, but the corner lot typically has plenty of on street parking. A side fenced area that is locked is a great place to keep any bikes you bring along with you, for additional security bringing your own bike lock is recommended. The closet inside has both shelves and hanging storage for your stay.
