Location:
The location is the best part of this studio for rent. Located on 11th and Ogden you can walk to downtown (only 3/4 of a mile) with ease. Even closer are some of locals favorite spots: Newport Market Grocery Store, Backporch Coffee Roasters Spork, Chow, Kanpai Sushi, 10 Barrel, and Brother Jon's to name a few. T

Studio:
The studio comes equipped with a Casper queen sized mattress, and cotton sheets. The heating and air conditioning mean you will always sleep in absolute comfort.

The indoor seating for two with dinnerware for four mean you can enjoy sitting at home and enjoy dinner. There is not a sofa or TV, so this is not the right choice for people who want to spend a lot of time hanging out indoors. There is no stove, so not the right choice for people who want to do a lot of cooking.

An outdoor bistro table for two will let you enjoy the gorgeous Bend weather. Two togo coffee cups will let you walk around the Westside neighborhood while enjoying coffee from the Krups coffee maker and Capresso burr grinder. A toaster and minifridge with undermount sink. The Caesarstone Quart countertop is another example of the high quality finish work.


Storage & Parking:
There is no reserved parking, but the corner lot typically has plenty of on street parking. A side fenced area that is locked is a great place to keep any bikes you bring along with you, for additional security bringing your own bike lock is recommended. The closet inside has both shelves and hanging storage for your stay.

Efficiency. Exactly what we hoped for!

Lovely no frills efficiency in the heart of Bend. Walkable to bike shop, grocery store, coffee shops, The Lot bar/food trucks, and breweries. We walked to Les Schwab for a concert. Perfect location for our stay.

Great location and unit!

I run a fine art workshop business and rented the property for one of my instructors, a well known watercolor artist, who travels extensively. He thoroughly enjoyed the unit and loved the location. He hopes to rent it again when he comes back in 2022!

Very nice place and great area to hang out. It would be nice if it had just a small wall mounted TV.

The door and gate lock codes where wrong. I called the number on my check in email and that was wrong as well. We could not get in!! The lady I talked to was nice and she called the new owner , I think, to help. Waiting outside for a half hour and then Travis happened to stop by. He helped us get in and saved the day. We did get a call back from vrbo At the same time Travis was helping us. Could have done without that piece of stress after driving three hours. We did get an updated check in email the next day. Little late... but all good.

Great location!

Cute little studio with good amenities and perfectly located close to down town in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchenette and bathroom were well stocked. Very clean. Randi was very accommodating and communicative.

Had lovely accomodations in this unit. Very comfortable and homey. Exactly as listed. Really conveniently located to walk to some restaurants and grocery and also downtown. Great location to start biking from, and of course, drive from. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The cottage is location is great. It is walkable to town and has several restaurants and a grocery just a block or two away. Street parking was never a problem. The apartment is very small and only has two small chairs and the bed to sit on. We did not find the table and chair outside as shown in the photo. Probably my error but we thought we would be able to cook our dinners and breakfast, but there is only a microwave and a toaster. Bend is awesome, the apartment location is convenient, the bed was comfortable, but not the kind of place to sit back and relax in.

One of two chairs unusable. Furnace was out of program.,48 degree when arrived. Never could connect with owner rep nor did they call to arrange time to come in and fix. Simple stuff, wouldn’t recommend!

Great little studio cottage in sweet neighborhood!

We had a great stay. It is a very clean, well stocked studio space with extra towels, a hair dryer and & nice kitchen amenities. An easy walk to great coffee & restaurants.

Great convenient location. perfect for our quick weekend away.

The studio was clean and cool. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and new. We walked to coffee and breakfast and even a couple breweries. We would definitely stay again!

This unit is quiet and private, yet close to the middle of all the action. Great restaurants in easy walking distance. Market is in easy walking distance. Direct get away to the mountains and easy parking. Separate outdoor bike storage area. It's great for people who like to be out and active, but come home to a clean, modern, and comfortable home.
