Chateau La Mer II #801 is a very nice two bedroom - two full bath condo on the first floor.
King in Master BR - Two Fulls in Guest BR - Queen Sofa Sleeper. Free in Unit Internet, Wide Screen TV in Den and TV`s in Each Bedroom. New Pillow-Top Mattresses. Bright New Updated Kitchen. Washer/dryer provided by the owner.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our Tennis Court Reconstruction will begin the 3rd week of October 2026.

Located in Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau La Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Private Beach along the Emerald Coast.
After a fun day of exploring, you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or you can enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic area with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all!  Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the area. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Multiple Outlet Shopping Malls are minutes away. There is something for every member of the family, no matter what age.

 Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella, 
Beach service is from March 6th through October 25th 8 AM to 4 PM.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was friendly and responsive, and we truly enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great spot with close access!

Had a great time on our short get away! Only recommendation would to get those courts painted for pickleball soon. Was jealous of the front area in comparison. Would def stay again

We had a great time! The condo was the perfect distance from the beach and restaurants. Richard was great to work with for any issues we had. I’m already trying to plan my next trip here!

Perfect for our two night get away! Loved that the beach was a short walk and two chairs & umbrella was included with the house rental! Restaurant within walking distance! Nice place perfectly described on the website. Property manager was very informative and communicated often!

Great location

The property was in a great location. It was close to the beach and other places that we visited. The kitchen had been updated and it'svery nice. The living room furniture should be upgraded it's very worn. This is an excellent place to stay it just needs new furniture and rugs.

Was a good place to stay but the check in process could have been a little better communicated. Also, asked about an additional day to stay and was told the unit was already booked but there were not any cars there the entire time we were there at the 4 units

Everything very convenient and organized. Community very pleasant.

Excellent. Everything well maintained. Hopefully we get to come again. Loved having no carpet. Great for us and the grandkids. Management communicates very well and this was greatly appreciated.

The stay was good but this unit had a lot of issues. Paint abd the ceiling was peeling. The faucet was loose and dripping. The rod that the shower curtain goes on was rusted. The place was a good location. The below are pictures of the issues the place had

The property is excellent! The condo was perfectly clean and great for a family of 5! Short 5 minute walk to the beach, which included a set up included with rental 2 chairs and an umbrella. Condo comes equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and a washer n dryer which was a great blessing! Only wish was if it allowed pets since I have 2 small yorkis who I missed dearly, lol. Thank you for a great memorable first time to Destin!

The floors unfortunately were filthy (turned feet black) and one of the bathtubs had major drainage issues. We called and it was “snaked”, but that only helped for about a day

Nice place, needs some up dating

Overall our stay was fine. The location was great and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. We did call the property manager the 2nd day because our A/C unit was making a very loud whining noise and wouldn't shut off. We had to leave a message and he got back with us in a few hours, which was totally fine, it was a Sunday and it wasn't an emergency. He said we would try to get someone out there on Monday, which he did, but we weren't there (he called and asked if they could go in) and he never let us know if the problem was fixed (it was still whining, just not as loud) or if they would be coming back. A few other issues were the dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty. We had to handwash everything before we used it. Also, the pots and pans were in really bad shape, so bad that we went and bought a new skillet to use while we were there. Another issue was the shower drains didn't drain well at all and we were always standing in 3 to 5 inches of water while we showered. If these issues get fixed it would be a much better place to stay, but overall it was ok.

Great location, comfortable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 2bd condo was comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves. Kitchen was stocked. Wish they had any extra paper products or even salt and pepper. But honesty if that’s all I can say it’s truly a great place. Would definitely recommend and probably stay there again.

Special , Spectacular an Saucy 😃

The 2 of us (hubby an wife) took a long break from our daily routines and stayed at this little place not far from the beach. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating an friendly. This place was a walk to the beach however we enjoyed that time to talk and drink our coffee (I know coffee in hot weather doesn’t sound good but we needed the wake-up lift) . The 2 beach chairs & umbrella was a special touch, however you must plan as the service starts an ends at 5pm if u go early or stay longer to see the beautiful sunrise / sunset you will need to bring some chairs or something .. The place was clean , nice appliances, an had a washer n dryer which was also very nice… The manager was Outstanding!! ok ok what would we change ? mostly nothing we had such a wonderful time….. maybe firmer mattresses (but we guess some people like soft an some people like us like firm ) so you go with the flow an enjoy …..Thankyou Richard you truly were a wonderful host !!! Blessings to you.

We really enjoyed our stay

Our condo was clean and perfectly sized for our family. We had a wonderful time, and many restaurants were close. Our beach access was easy to get to.
