The Beach House Cottage is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 Bath cottage that comes along with all the amenities you will need while you are here on Spanish Wells.The cottage comes along with a 1 Kayak 1 paddle board 4 bikes and barbecue grill.The house has a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest room has 2 double beds.The front room has a sofa that can be turned into a double bed .You can sit on the patio or under the cabana and gaze over the crystal clear water and white power beach.We Guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Praia maravilhosa, casa perfeita

Adoramos nossa estadia em spanish wells, a casa é na beira da praia, sendo a parte da ilha mais bonita. Me senti literalmente em uma praia de pescadores, longe da civilização. Andar de golf car foi muito legal. A casa estava perfeitamente equipada com tudo o que precisávamos (inclusive água para beber). Chegamos em um sábado após as 17hs e o único dificultador foi que o principal supermercado já estava fechado e só reabria na segunda... então ficamos sem frutas e legumes. Conseguimos suprimentos básicos em um pequeno mercadinho, onde compramos itens para o café da manhã. Adorei a estadia e pretendemos voltar em breve.

Heaven on earth!

Our week at The Beach House was magical. The location and house fit our family perfectly. Very well appointed, comfortable beds (double beds in the second room were so nice for our teenagers), and clean. We hope to come back!

A nice slice of Paradise

Repeat visit to SW, but first time staying at this house. Had great communications and check in was easy and smooth. House was very clean and had everything we needed. They set up our travel from the airport to island and back for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Beach House! The house was very clean, beds very comfortable, and it was fully equipped with all the necessities. We loved the beachfront location and amazing view from the outdoor living space. We enjoyed exploring the beach with our young kids and loved the changes that came with the low and high tide and sandbars. We saw many starfish and loved searching for sea shells and sand dollars. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. This place is amazing, we highly recommend and would love to visit again.

This place is amazing

This house is just steps from the most perfect beach! Loved using the kayaks and well stocked with toys. We had a group of 19 people and rented the big house next door. We will be back! Thank you!

WOW! Just WOW! We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back soon. Excellent visit all around. Very attentive hosts and a location to die for!! Perfect for our group of four. Expert tip: Bring lots of cash as hardly anyone takes cards. Go to J's for the best conch salad ever!!

Perfect beach house.

This is the 4th house we've stayed in on Northside beach, and definitely a favorite. The house provided everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable which is rare in a rental. The house was also spotless which we appreciated. Truly a great experience dealing with Andre's team. We were delayed a day in Nassau and they made sure our cart was at the dock and house accessable for when we did finally arrive. Everything is as advertised and actually the photos don't do it justice. There are now 2 couches in the living room, so very comfortable inside and out. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in SW.

Andre and his team go ‘over the top’ to make yiu feel comfortable. The house is amazing. The beach is right outside your back door! Highly recommended!

Location and view was beautiful. The house was very well kept and perfect amount of room for everyone. Would 100% recommend for anyone staying in Spanish wells. And Andre answered all questions I had very quickly!
