Welcome to Homer Oceanfront Retreats - The Garden Timber Home

Our Garden Timber home is a stunning waterfront property on the bluff overlooking Kachemak Bay. Conveniently located to the best of Homer. Enjoy waterfront views of the bay, mountains, and spit. This beautiful timber-frame home provides the perfect environment to enjoy a romantic vacation or family adventure. Amenities include hot tub, gas grill, internet, and smartTV.

On the First floor you will enjoy the open concept living/dining/kitchen space as well as a full bathroom. The main bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a queen bed. There is also laundry facility that includes a full size washer and dryer for guest usage. Doors from the kitchen open to a sunroom with a hot tub and sectional seating. A gas grill is located next to the sunroom.

The Second floor of the home is an open loft that overlooks the bay. The loft space includes two twin with a dresser and seating.

Property Improvements & New Amenities Coming Soon

We are excited to be enhancing the property with several new amenities designed to make your stay even more enjoyable. Upcoming additions include newly constructed rental homes, private hot tubs, a shared sauna, and a shared swim spa pool for guests to enjoy.

While these improvements are nearing completion, guests may occasionally notice construction activity, equipment, workers on site, or minor dust and noise during daytime hours. We make every effort to minimize any disruption and maintain a comfortable, relaxing experience for all guests.
